So glad we purchased this for our pup.
This is so helpful. My GSD suddenly lost strength in his back legs and this has been a safe way to help him get around. I was sure we needed an XL but the large ended up fitting him great (he is 77 pounds). Im so glad we got this, it helps us help him get around and go outside for bathroom breaks – and most importantly, it helps us do it safely. Once you put it on a couple times, itâs easy to get the hang of. Definitely worth the money and is good quality.

Very well made product and easy to use
My 74 lb senior Lab mix has started having trouble getting up and down the stairs. This harness has made it so much easier and safer to help him with stairs and getting him in and out of the car. Once the harness is adjusted to properly fit the dog, it is very easy to get it snapped together and use. There is a lot of room for size adjustment and the XL size fits my dog very well. I would highly recommend this product to other dog owners with senior dogs having mobility limitations.

Perfect for GSD
This is a life safer. We use it for our GSD after his back surgery. Been using it for about 3months now. Supports him perfectly using the handles. It is very sturdy. Handles work great. However the strap is to long for us to use or I canât figure out how to use it. The reason for four stars is that my dog started getting chaffing under his rear legs even though the under legs straps are padded. We had to add additional padding. We used the shoulder seatbelt pads that you Velcro on to your seatbelt in your car. After using these, the problem went away and our dog is much more comfortable. I think this would only be needed with large dog such as ours.Regardless, we love this product and would buy again.

Improved mobility for older dog
Our older dog has enjoyed the extra stability this vest helps provide. Heâs seemed more confident in our ability to assist him up stairs, etc. and this has improved his activity level. Customer service was also great, when we initially received an incorrect item.

Works as Described
The harness has several handles and fits my dog well. Heâs lost a lot of weight recently, so I wasnât totally sure on the size. However, I was able to adjust the straps to make it fit better. I would recommend this harness for anyone with a dog who has some mobility issues.

NOT machine washable, poor padding, overpriced
We bought this for a 90 pound, 13 year old lab. With age, he’s gotten weak, especially in his back legs. After viewing many harnesses, we paid more to get this one because it claimed to have padding, leg support straps and was machine washable. It fails on all three. The padding is minimal, and there’s more padding on top than there is where the harness meets the underside which is what’s going to take the pressure when you lift. The back leg straps, slide around, don’t fit well, and cut across their leg making it uncomfortable. When the dog lays down, they slip all over and get in the way. The ad on Amazon says machine washable. If you ask that question on the product page, it also says machine washable. however the product booklet doesn’t say that. We called the manufacturer and they said it is NOT MACHINE WASHABLE. So the three most important things for us, we didn’t get. The straps in general are OK in size w/the exception of the chest strap, which runs small. Our dog is at the max right now, so there’s no room for adjustment. The buckles are difficult to manipulate, they could have done much better on that. Having said all that, it does help to get the dog up, but with it not delivering on it’s claims, the quality being what it is and the premium price ($120) for a non-premium product, it only rates a three.

Our labrador is 15 years old and has had mobility problems for the last year which has progressively gotten worse as she needs more all round support. She is 27kg fits the large harness with plenty room for adjustments. The harness is excellent quality and well worth the money. I found the harness easy to fit and adjust even though our dog can’t stand for long. The all round support is amazing and the different options of areas to hold handles makes walking to getting up and down stairs much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this harness to anyone.

I think this harness is perfect. Everything about it is well thought out, and very well made. The number of handles and their placement, the 4 point shoulder strap, the rear hip support which you can use or not use, as needed. Quality materials, from the stitching, to the outer fabric, the mounting points, the padded underside of the panels, the solid clips, the reflective bits, the Velcro name tags…you can’t go wrong.As a senior dog owner, (12.5yr 90lb lab/gsd), he’s still active, but his back legs have his getting up a littler slower over time. He collapsed recently on a walk, when he pulled on his leash and that shifted all that force to his hind legs. He strained something and was unable to weight bare for a day. Had to leave him there and jog back to get my car and lift him into the back seat. It was scary. We though he may never be able to mobilize again. Thankfully, he’s a strong boy, but I wanted to get a harness like this immediately. With the rear leg/hip support, I can vigilantly walk him, and if there is something that is going to make him pinged, I can hold that rear end up by the handle (of which there are 4, very well placed), and keep him from injuring himself again. And it’s also perfect for being able to quickly lift him into my car, which its height had become to difficult/stressful to take him places. He’s still fine with stairs, and otherwise very healthy. But if there is a time where he may have difficulty with stairs, but is still mobile and happy on his own, I know I can use this harness with the “luggage” strap, 4 point and handles to carry him up. (Also useful for dogs to trim their nails and keep them in “air jail” lol.Anyway. Worth every penny. It’s not going to tear or break on you. It’s the best design out there in my opinion, and I spent some considerable time looking at many options. I want the best for my sweet ‘old boy, he deserves it, and I feel confident that I have provided that with this harness.

Ce harnais est vraiment très bien pensé.Absolument tout est réglable. Il est également facile a mettre !On apprécie la petite mousse sur les lanières des pattes arrières pour pas que le chien se blesse.Je l utilise plusieurs fois par jour pour porter mon border collie sur 3 étages, c’est vraiment simple et ultra pratique !
