Luxurious Breathable Natural Cool Comfort (and YES MACHINE WASHABLE and tumble dries beautifully)!
What a difference a comforter can make!This comforter was recommended to me by a few trusted friends. To be honest, I was a bit stick shocked. But if this comforter is as good as what my friends are telling me, it would be a small investment (a buck a day for about a year). And I am happy to say the investment is totally worth it!The comforter is soft and fluffy and it is like hugging a cloud to sleep. And the temperature regulating feature is incredible! I am always cold and have been that person wearing a sweater in the summer in a/c rooms. Then comes the hot flashes and night sweats that wake me up in the middle of the night even though I am still cold when I first sleep because hubby likes to keep the bedroom cool. Poor sleep quality has been a concern for me. No blanket was the right blanket for my general coldness and the occasional hot flashes — Until NOW. The first 2 nights I use the ESCURA comforter, my sleep tracker records scores over 90 and my average for the week is around 80! And when I wake up in the middle of the night and check my phone, I was able to hide under the comforter (so as not to disturb my hubby’s sleep) without feeling suffocating.The comforter has a silkier “cool” side and a soft “warm” side. It worked so well I had to look up why and how. It is quite fascinating that the patented design uses rapeseed oil that would solidify and release heat when it is below 28 degrees Celsius (82.4 degrees Fahrenheit) and would melt and absorb heat when above 28 degrees. I am not sure if I flipped the comforter over when it gets hot but apparently did not disturb my sleep and I was kept comfortable all night.Before the first use I pop my new comforter into the washer for a quick gentle cycle and drier at ultra low setting. It dries quickly and well. So easy and without the need of a duvet cover! I hope it would stand the test of time with washing but so far so good! The best part is that it is made of natural fibers so I don’t have to worry about breathing in or shedding microplastic into the environment every time I use it.The comforter is light weight so if you need a heavy/weighted blanket, this may not be the one for you. But if you like light airy feel, it is like sleeping in the clouds with this comforter!Very happy with my investment for better sleep!

Great weight, have only tried it on the âwarmthâ side and it keeps us warm⦠which has resulted in fewer trips to the restroom during the night; therefore a better nightâs sleep! Worth the price. Sometimes you DO get what you pay for!!

Cool blanket
This is a nice cooling blanket. I tried several but found them to be slippery and no weight. Every morning it’s in the floor. This blanket has a slippery cooling side and bamboo cotton warming side. The bamboo provides a little weight that prevents slipping but does a great job cooling. I got the neutral color and it’s the perfect shade. It comes really wrinkled. I’ve had it on my bed about a week and the wrinkles are working out some. I’ll follow up to report on the warming side in a few months. I like weight so I’m thinking it will make a good blanket under the comforter.

Love it. Nice temperature regulation, comfortable weight, soft, easy to wash, expensive but completely worth it in my opinionâ¦not sure I notice a huge difference in both sides but I definitely recommend. Whichever side I get Iâm typically comfy. Now if/when I get night sweats I KNOW theyâre not caused by my comforter. And I get them much less often now 🙂

Lightweight but very effective
Itâs very lightweight, but it does a fantastic job of keeping us warm. Iâm sure it will also have the reverse effect come summer. I highly recommend

A game changer in heat regulation
I bought this to see if it would be warmer than just the flannel duvet and comforter I normally use in the winter and so have only tested the âwarmâ side but it lives up to its description, seems to trap body heat well and retain warmth even when I leave the bed up to 20 min. Itâs been a game changer in keeping me warm without use of heated blankets and other heating means. I hope the cool side works well in the summer as well!
