Great addition
These work just as well as the small packets made by Invisalign. The only difference I have found is the mint taste/smell. If you rinse and brush them well after soaking though the taste is barely noticeable. These help me remove buildup on my retainers pretty well when added to hot water so I would recommend as an added cleaning option. I use this once a week as a deep clean, with daily brushing to keep up with the cleaning and they keep my retainers pretty clean

These do a great job of keeping my retainer clean, and I love that they look brand new when itâs time to change. This isnât a super sting minty flavor and doesnât have any weird aftertaste.Only one word of caution: do not try to take this through TSA in a carry on item. I had done so several times and had no issues until my most recent bottle bought in March. It tested positive for an explosive and had to be surrendered. Which sucks when itâs $40 per bottle and had barely been used. Really makes you wonder what was changed to trigger that all of a sudden.

Really the best for keeping Invisalignâs clean
Unfortunately, this really is the best solution for keeping my Invisalignâs clean. It is not cheap at all, but using this powder and a small ultrasonic cleaner keeps my Invisalignâs as clean a when they came out of the pouch.

I bought these because my next set of aligners was delayed, and I ended up wearing the same pair for two months instead of two weeks. Even with daily scrubbing using soapy water, there was always some white residue left. After using this cleaner just once, the difference was incredible. My aligners looked as clear as new! Unlike the cleaning packets, this doesnât leave a chemical aftertaste, and itâs much more affordable. I only wish I had discovered this when I started Invisalign a year ago!
