Perfect Play Set for Little Cleaners!
I recently purchased this play set for my 6-year-old son, and he absolutely loves it! Makes for great little cleaners!
2 year old loves it! I seems durable and is still going strong 2 months later. Very easy to put together and keeps my kiddo entertained. The items aren’t massive so they don’t take up much space. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it. Just be careful if your little one is in a stage where they like to throw things ð¤£

Mop head broke off
I am updating this review to 4 stars because Melissa and Doug made everything right after learning that Amazon wouldnât because it was after the 30 day return window. I would give it 5 stars for the product, but because of the hassle of getting a replacement, I took off one star.Within minutes of getting this toy assembled the mop head broke off (defective wood that broke with the grain of the wood). I contacted Melissa and Doug. They responded that I would have to return it to Amazon. I bought this on October 20 and it was not opened until November 23 ( when we had my granddaughterâa birthday party). Amazon said the window for return was closed on November 20th. Two lessons learned – you shouldnât buy gifts too far ahead, and only buy Melissa and Doug toys if you can thoroughly inspect them for defects since they are of no help to fix problems with their products. Very disappointing.

He absolutely loved it
Got this for 6 year old grandsonâs birthday. It was on his wishlist. (Yes, thatâs right, a kid that likes to clean.) He spent much of the birthday party cleaning. He especially enjoyed the floor âswifferâ type of device and the spray bottle for dusting and cleaning windows. His 4 year old cousin loved it too. The 6 year old is a little bit too tall to use the broom and flooring cleaning tools easily. He has to bend over a lot but is also very tall for a 6 year old.

One fatal flaw…
Very nice quality, except for one thing. The plastic joint between the colored part of the handle and the unpainted part is weak. It fits loosely, so the handle wiggles in the middle. It wiggles so much that the two halves of the handle come apart from each other. I’ve come to trust Melissa & Doug to provide excellent quality, so this failure is surprising. Still, other than that, it’s a good set of toys.

Product was a big success with our 2 year old, but the spray bottle head was missing. Box was slightly damaged so assume it fell out in warehouse. Would appreciate if a replacement could be sent to us. However, recycled an old Dettol spray bottle which nearly fits with some tape.

Tal cual la descripcion y las imagenes mi unica pega que los palos de padera en el parquet suenan un horror si lo tuviera que comprar ahora cogeria los de plastico por el resto son perfectos vienen en 2 partes un poco flexibles asi no hay riesgo de que se partan por la mitad

I got this for my 3 year old as she was asking for a broom so she could sweep with me. She LOVES it! My 3 and 5 year old both love to use each piece and feel that they’re really helping to clean up. The spray bottle really works and the mop head can be removed to wash. Husband put it together without difficulty but it required a screw driver and about 20 minutes of time. Holds together sturdily and easy to keep it out of the way. I love how it’s encouraging healthy living routines for my kids while also developing their hand eye coordination and teamwork as they decide who will use each item and how to share it. Kids can actually sweep up mess, dust shelves, mop bathroom floor, wipe mirrors or little kitchen spills. Great product.

Melissa & Doug fait de très belles choses en plus de fournir une super qualité, ici un kit de jeu de nettoyage dont la majorité est en bois robuste, le support de rangement est à monter et tout est fourni. Nous avons vraiment des outils de jeu mais qui fonctionnent véritablement à la maison, tel qu’un balai, une brosse, un plumeau, balai à franges etc… du coup l’enfant est content d’aider aux petites tâches de la vie quotidienne et prend plaisir avec ce kit auquel il se sent grand. Ce kit permet le développent de la motricité fine mais également la sociabilité et l’esprit d’aide, cela développe aussi son imagination et il crée ses propres histoires. Je recommande, les finitions sont superbes, c’est un beau petit cadeau.
