Doing It’s Job
I bought this in May 2023, and it’s still going strong. I haven’t had any issues with it; it maintains the correct humidity levels of 70%-75%. The sensors work great, and it turns on when it needs to be (I know since I have 4 sensors and 2 cameras in my ball python 2x2x4 FEET enclosure). Granted, I have a dedicated humidity area and hut separated from the hot and cold sides. The negative reviews are probably from bad batches. The vapor tube is unsuitable plastic and needs to be washed monthly, or it can grow mold from the water pooling (or condensation) if the tube is not ‘straight’.I bought it when it was cheaper in price so it was worth it.When there is a power outage, the unit will not turn back on automatically when power is restored, nor will it remember any settings. You will have to manually turn it back on and set it up every time power is interrupted.

Works great for my hermit crabitat
I needed a humidifier capable of maintaining a relative 75%-85% humidity in my 10 gallon tank for my two purple punchers. It provides a very gently flow of moist air and once you get the minimum and maximum levels set, the humidifier takes care of everything else. It was super easy set up too. Only two parts to fit togetherThe instructions didnt do the best job explaining how the buttons work but you start with the maximum button and keep clicking that button to reach your desired value. Same on the minimum button. It was slightly confusing at first but there are only 4 buttons so it just took some playing with.

Works great. Easy to set environment with the controls.So for me the humidity sensor is way too short, soo i cut it off and extended my wire about 10ft. My setup ended up placing the sensor next to where the humidity would come in which is not ideal for getting an accurate sense of the total humidity in my setup.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This thing did not work. It did not put out any mist. The quality of this product is lacking. Not a good money purchase. Stay away.

Works as intended
Just got this set up so I can’t say anything about longevity yet, but this was easy to set up. Seems to put out an okay amount of mist, I’ve seen heavier but will definitely serve its purpose. Great price compared to other similar units. Hopefully it’s a great quality as well. Only noise I’ve noticed so far is a quiet drip sound while running so pretty good. Would like to be able to set levels 1% at a time as it changes in increments of 5% but that’s not a deal breaker.

IT WORKS for your Grow Tent Also
I went to buy a humidifier for my grow tent, and found that the humidifier designed for it, was all sold out.Do not get me wrong, the AC infinity humidifier was ordered that day, but it is still a couple of months before they are back in stock….SO I got this thing and PRAYED that it would at least add humidity into the tent…. I was shocked. Works GREAT. I pumped the hose in and the sensor thru the port on the tent. Zip tied the water line to the tent pole. Set it to where the min humidity is 70% and it does the rest. I WISH i could say that it was the ONLY humidifier I needed but I was going thru a TON of water in this thing every day. Like filling it up twice a day. UNTIL, I got a 4.5 gallon humidifier for the whole garage. I have it set to 50% humidity and the tent at 70…. So, Now I only have to fill this thing up once every few days, and the other one every few days.In short, Get the T3 or T7 from AC Infinity for your grow tent, but if they are out of stock, get this thing. Its the next best thing.

Stopped working properly after a few months.
The humidifier stopped working properly after a few months. It only works if is filled to about a 1/3 of the maximum fill level. Any more water than that and it fails to produce mist.I have used only distilled water and clean it every few weeks. Iâm going to try to take it apart and figure out what the issue is, but it will have to be after my current batch of eggs hatch in case I break it.I currently use it to control the humidity level in an incubator I have. It has worked very well for this purpose up until my current issue. Iâve had no issue with humidity sensor readings and have multiple temp and humidity probes in the incubator for redundancy.

Really simple and easy to use
I bought this to keep a grow tent humidity within a certain range, and this little humidifier has done a great job! You set a minimum and maximum humidity range and using a sensor and accordion fog time, it maintains that humidity perfectly. I’ve been using this for over 6 mos now and have only had to clean it once- and even then, it was still operating perfectly. I highly recommend this unit for a reliable humidity source!
