Keep a record of your adventures with our universal mount system which is extremely easy to install and remove as needed. This mount will hold up to some of the most brutal conditions, whether it’s an intense rollover while kayaking, or slight impacts on rocks and gravel.
Our mount system is similar to how an NVG (Night Vision Goggle) would install with a slide and tightening design. Although, tilting adjustment depends on the type of bracket you install.

What is ABS?
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a plastic used for its versatility in making keyboards, luggage cases, and other types of impact-resistant products. It is reasonably strong at high and low temperatures. It is strong and rigid even when it is used heavily. For these reasons, it is commonly used for all types of helmets across a wide range of sports and is a go-to for Tontron for maximum safety and usability.
What is EVA?
EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) is a foam that is ideal for making helmets more impact resistant and can provide bouyancy so that the paddling helmet is easy to retrieve.

Helmet Test Lab
A Y-Strap design (17mm) which is an ideal design for stabilizing the helmet from rocking to far forward or backward. A Retention strap system can also withstand abrasive wear and tear and is waterproof per 7.7(Whitewater CE 1385 Standard).

Great helmet for the money
I use this helmet for whitewater kayaking. Very comfortable and stays in place once adjusted. Seems to have about the same protection as my NRS helmet. The camera mount system is solid, the other piece that mounts between the camera and helmet mount seems a little pricey, but its metal with spring loaded clips. Solid system, way stronger than plastic pieces stuck on helmet with double sided 3M tape

Fits great but…
The helmet is well fitted. It feels good for a helmet but the padding seems a little less than expected so I’m not sure if it’s actually good in the case of an actual accident. Also, they didn’t make it obvious that the mount for the gopro is not included. They mentioned a mount came with it, but didn’t point out they were talking about the mount fixated to the helmet, not the gopro mount. It’s sold separately. I wouldn’t mind that little detail if a regular gopro mount would work. You have to use a specific mount sold by them. It’s still a good helmet, just make sure you buy the mount or else you’d have to order and wait even more.

This helmet was perfect for our white water river adventure. It worked very well with my action camera mount and helped capture a spectacular family vacation in Jackson Hole WY. I do not regret this purchase at all
