Best no drip water bottle!
This water bottle works great for my guinea pigs. I have had no leaking or dripping. Although the bottle is a little small, itâs inner changeable with bigger water bottles. I also wish the spout was a little longer. If you mount the bottle on the outside of a cage the spout doesnât go into the cage very far. I mounted mine on the inside and hope my guinea pigs donât try to chew on it. Itâs very secure. I really like the over all design. I just ordered a second one, as my piggies love it so much. One of them is hogging the bottle all to herself. I definitely recommend if you have been looking for that no drip sturdy water bottle for your small pet.

In a world where we have so much technology and many products available to us from around the world, I struggle to understand why pet cages and accessories are horrible, poorly made and ineffective. Itâs almost as though having âpetsâ is a new concept. FINALLY, a well built, inexpensive product from some genius who understands that people need products that work!! This is the best water bottle for any cage that Iâve ever had. Iâve bought 5 different types in the last two years and hate them all. They donât stay upright, they leak, they donât fit the cage and break quickly. This is your solution to all of those things. A 3 year old could install this. It sits perfectly in the corner of my cage and is tightly secured. I moved the cage around and the water bottle doesnât budge or leak. Itâs only one big screw tab that you have to tighten or loosen to put it on or take off. Itâs lightweight, but decent quality and the fittings are all thicker and more durable. The spout is angled down just right making it easy for your pets to drink. I am replacing all of my other pet water bottles and never looking back. Why canât more companies make pet products that actually work and are practical? I canât wait to try some of their other items. If youâve been frustrated like I have or youâre just looking for a decent water bottle without the hassle of buying and trying, just buy this one to begin with and youâll be glad you did!!

Totally Leak-Proof (unless broken!)
Giving five stars even though out of the 12 I purchased, 2 nozzles broke (gasket ring & a ball inexplicably fell out). Theyâre still the most leak-proof water bottles Iâve ever had, and Iâve had guinea pigs for almost three decades.Because of their small size, I have multiple per level so I donât have to worry every day.Unexpected, but reasonable- There is a little tube in the nozzle that gets filmy and it has to be flushed through every fill up to be palatable for the pigs.Still a winner.

Doesn’t leak, but has a few design flaws
I bought this for my guinea pig to replace a water bottle that would drip non-stop. I’ve had this product for a year now and it hasn’t leaked so I’m happy about that. However, there are a few design flaws that make me wish I went with a different water bottle.First, the grooves on the screw-on bracket are designed for a cage with vertical bars. My guinea pig’s cage has horizontal bars so this water bottle wouldn’t stay on. I was able to take the mounting system off of the old water bottle to make this one work, but it would have been nice if I knew this would be an issue before ordering.Second, and more importantly, the small stainless steel ball sticks after refilling and completely restricts the flow of water. They do say on their listing that it’s important to tap the ball after refilling to ensure that water comes out properly. Unfortunately, I missed doing this one time and didn’t realize that my guinea pig didn’t get water for several days, which resulted in a near-death and expensive vet visit. This was ultimately my fault since I was just checking to make sure he had water and failed to realize that he wasn’t getting any, but it also seems to be a pretty significant design issue.Finally, while this water bottle doesn’t leak, it also seems to lack a good flow of water. My guinea pig sometimes struggles to get a sufficient amount of water at times even though I regularly clean and refill this bottle.This is a decent option if you’re looking for a water bottle that doesn’t leak and you’re good about checking to make sure the water is flowing well. Avoid buying if you want something that’s lower maintenance or if your cage doesn’t have vertical bars.

Just ordering number two now as this is the first one with little drip. The guinea pigs still spill some when they drink, so itâs above a container in my cage hut it is by far the most dry drinking unit Iâve tried.Need two as the piggies finish one bottle in under 24h atm so want a backup if they need it.One of my piggies started splashing around the water when she drinks. So will finish 2 bottles in 24hrs now. Ordering #3 to see if one of them also leaks a little maybe. Don’t see it leak regularly, but maybe at moments it does. It’s been 7 months.. so no hard feelings for that.

This is the second of these water bottles I have purchased. They are good value, very well made, and are up for any rough handling from my boys.They are a good fit for my Guinea boys in regard to the amount of water that the bottle holds and also the size of the nozzle, making it easy for the boys to access water. The great thing for me is that there are NO DRIPS.As the information states ,after every refill tap the metal ball at the tip of the nozzle until you see water being released and then itâs good to go.
