Not for the easily angered.
As much as I would LIKE to give this a 5 star review, the sheer hurdles necessary to figure it out forego that. The “english” instructions on the 4 inch strip of paper included in the box were pretty much a useless two paragraph word salad. The printing is so microscopic I needed to use 4x glasses to read what was there. The power cord is short. After a search that lasted an amazing number of minutes considering the size of the item, it finally produced the power port, which is at the very bottom edge of the handle, a 1/8 x 1/4 inch hole plugged with a piece of rubber. It’s so small you’d best put it in a dish or something or you will never see it again as you are trying to charge this thing. In the packaging’s defense, it does have a diagram showing where it is, I just couldn’t see it because it was too small to read and I missed it.The packaging does not tell you if it comes charged, there is NO light letting you know if it is done or not, and it doesn’t tell you when it’s full or how long a charge will last. It does say charging takes approx 150 minutes.It comes with a bottle of something which COULD be water, or maybe some sort of cleaner? There are no instructions on what it is, how much goes in, if it should be mixed with something or if the tank should be filled with it. There is no label. Perhaps it is ion water? The paper says “Open the lid of the ion water refill and inject liquid into it, as shown in figure 2.” There IS no figure 2. There is no figure 1 either. There is a figure 3 and 4, which are no explanation at all. It comes with another bottle which IS labeled, and is called “wash free essence.” It wants you to dilute 2ml into 20 ml and put that into the brush, but there is NOTHING that tells you how much is 2ml. There’s no way to measure anything. There IS a smiley face clear window that lets you know if the tank is full. There is one sentence on the instructions that says “the box” of liquid should last 17 minutes. No single cat will put up with that, so if you have only one cat, you will need to empty liquid from the tank somehow, because the packaging says to keep it dry. The groomer can’t be washed, but may be disinfected with alcohol. “It doesn’t come with a power adapter or charging head so please bring it yourself” unquote.When you do finally turn it on, it blows cold mist/steam instantly, so that’s actually very nice. It comes with a 6 pack of very wet pet glove wipes for you to put on, so you can massage your pet. My cat was NOT happy about the cold wet glove, thank you very much. I don’t know what the “4” things this pet groomer is supposed to do are, but it works very well as a brush that is extremely easy to clean, which I like very much.If you can get past the ARGH it’s a nice product.

Good For Long Fur
I was always a little nervous about using a steam brush on my cat. Meet Moogley, my 13 year old tortie with long fur. She’s starting to get her senior coat. Which as any cat owner knows, is a little more coarse and the texture is a little more matted or suseptible to becoming matted. So I decided to give it a try after talking to someone who used one on their cat.The quality of this is good. It feels durable and removes hair quite efficiently. I dont think she really LIKES it, but she doesnt like being brushed in general. She tolerates it though which is a huge plus. Because she has always been picky about what I brush her with. As with all brushes and such, make sure you follow the instructions to avoid accidental injury to the pet.Overall, I would say the value for the money is worth it if you are looking for a steam brush and if your pet has thick/dense fur.

Husky owners, you need this!
There are so many steam brushes online that are around a similar price point but I love that this comes with extras like the pet wipes, the water bottle to making pouring into the brush easier, and the detangler drops. I took off half a star because the instructions for the ratio don’t make sense so I kind of had to guess how many drops to use. I took off another half a star because the steam wets the fur a lot and drips a tiny amount. I’ve used other steam brushes that weren’t as wet but that said, they all died pretty quickly. This brush seems to be way better quality than my previous one and it’s on the bigger side which is perfect for my needs. I have a husky and a pomsky and they both hate being brushed. Their fur tends to fly everywhere and get on everything and this brush is not only the least painful (when coupled with detangling product) but keeps fur in check. That said, I would keep a towel next to you to wipe them down afterwards but the pro of this is that it’s almost like getting a bath. This is perfect for in between bath times and especially during the winter. TBD on whether or not this product out lasts my others but I love it so far!

Made Grooming the Dog and Cat So Much Easier
I grabbed this 4-in-1 pet steam brush because dealing with shedding from our dog and cat is a constant battle in a house with three kids. This tool has actually made a noticeable difference in how much hair is floating around.The concept is great: it’s a grooming brush that uses a light mist of water (or waterless shampoo) to capture loose hair and dander. Itâs not “steam” in the hot sense, but a fine spray that keeps the hair from flying everywhere.
