In a 29gH tank and is nice hide for small fish.
The size is a bit small for my high tank but it looks good and fits well into an area I have. The quality is real nice, amazing there is no growth on it so far and I have had this for 3 months now. The function is for a nice little hiding place for fish and this is doing its job well. Good value for what it costs too.

Looks Pretty Natural and Provides Good Cover
This rock-like hideout looks surprisingly decent sitting in my tank. The grey pebble texture isn’t overly fake looking, and the little patches of artificial grass add a nice touch of color, blending in well with my other decor. It’s definitely large enough to provide a good hiding spot for my gecko (or would work well for shy fish/shrimp in an aquarium setup), which was the main reason I got it.It feels solid enough, being made of resin. I gave it a quick rinse before putting it in and checked the inside edges for any sharpness, which is always a good idea with resin pieces, but it seemed smooth enough. The artificial grass might trap a bit of debris over time, so it’ll probably need a quick scrub during tank cleanings, but that’s expected. Overall, it serves its purpose well, looks reasonably natural, and provides a secure hideaway.

Nice rock structure
Nice for a small tank. I ended up not putting it in my 75 gallon but I am going to put it in my 20 once I get that set up. Great little hiding spot for fish. It looks good in the water and is very sturdy. Definitely worth purchasing, I just didn’t realize quite how big a 75 gallon is when I ordered it, but it’s going to be perfect for the smaller tank.

Nice size, blends in with natural planted tank
This is a nice sized cave and looks natural. It fits well in my 20 gal T along with driftwood and plants. There is a little bit of glue strings which I wish I had noticed before introducing to my tank. The guppies try to eat them. Overall a nice addition. The betta and corycat like to hide there.

Update: My original review posted March 17. I’m back on May 23 to report that this item is NOT suitable for fish tanks. In the short time that I’ve had it in my tank, the paint has started to come off in thin sheets that the fish nibble on. I just hope it doesn’t hurt them!! I will be replacing it with something more durable ASAP!My original review:This hide is not at all what I expected from something made of resin and described as “sturdy.”The material is thinner and lighter than any other resin I’ve seen, and while it’s sturdy enough to stand up on its own, I could see it breaking if it were accidentally dropped onto a hard surface.Even worse, the first thing I had to do was take a file to the sharp edges. They weren’t safe for pets, and even had jagged slivers sticking out in places. You can see some examples in my pictures. As I filed off the sharp bits, several chunks cracked off the bottom. Thankfully, they don’t show from the top side, so it still looks ok… ish…I also didn’t expect the visible line running across the rock pile design that is obviously left over from the plastic molding process. It’s not big enough to be an eyesore, but the fact that it’s there at all identifies the product as low quality.I’ve learned by now to ignore the pictures and pay attention to the dimensions given to determine the size of something, so I already knew this thing was WAY too small for a bearded dragon, snake, etc. I wanted it for another little hiding spot in a fish tank, and for that it seems to work well. One of my fish has taken a liking to it, so I’m happy about that.I hate to have to say it, but overall, I definitely would not recommend this item!
