its really great I recommend this if your bearded dragon isnt eating over the Mazuri bearded dragon diet got my bearded dragon in a nice syringe liquid form perfectly also mixing in a food processor to make it non lumpy an keep the fiber dont use juicers they remove fiber/ pulp. it got her to proper weight gain till next appointment. but doesnt hurt to use a juicer to switch up the diet for vegetables an greens in between. an slow feed with a small syringe. excellent product! Also make sure to follow instructions want to use luke warm or room temp water so not to put certain animals in shock.

ððððð A Lifesaver When Nothing Else Worked
I am writing this review through tears of relief and gratitude. My large Maine Coon cat began losing a significant amount of weight and developed a severe limp. We saw multiple veterinarians, ran countless tests, and tried various medications, but no one could give us a definitive diagnosis and nothing seemed to help. We were terrified and feeling utterly helpless watching our boy decline.As a last resort, we ordered Oxbow Critical Care Carnivore. We were desperate. The change was nothing short of miraculous. We fed him a slurry of this mixed with water twice a day (in addition to his regular food, which he still had an appetite for).Within 2 days, we noticed he was putting more weight on his leg and limping significantly less.Within 5 days, he attempted a small jump onto the couch and made it! He hadn’t done that in weeks.

Just by itself my ferret wonât really drink it at all but a little bit of salmon oil and she is basically chugging it. Fattened her up pretty decently.

Ferrets love it
Works great for sick ferrets. Ferret went to the vet cause she became ill, fever of 105. She ended up with some sort of infection. She lost some weight but after some medication she is doing great now. This food helped her when she struggled to eat kibble and it put weight back on her. She loves it and so do my others however it smells really bad.

Stinky, but good product
We’ve been using this for our savannah monitor, who has been off his food lately. I mix it thin and he gets syringe assist fed a few mL a day. The stuff stinks to high heavens but it seems to do the trick.

I bought this back in December 2024. I had 2 ferrets. Both around 5 to 6 years old. Had to have one put down. This made my last ferrets so upset he stopped eatting. Got skinny and just seemed like he wanted to die. Would hide under the couch. I tryed a friend this didnt work. Vet said he wouldn’t make it and needed to force feed this stuff. So I did. After a few days he willing ate it. Then he begged for it. After a few weeks was back on normal food. I bought 3 more young ferrets and now hes still alive. He still ask for this food. I randomly give it to him and hes doing so well. This food and knowledge saved my friend.

Excellent for anorexic ferrets
My ferret was really sick and lost a lot of weight really fast because he wouldn’t eat anything until I started giving him this. At his recheck a week later he had gained back so much weight that my vet weighed him 4 times because she just couldn’t believe it. This stuff helped save my boy’s life and it will forever be the first thing I reach for with sick ferrets who don’t want to eat.

I have a 7 months bearded dragon that s too young for brumation and she started brunate anyway.. so i use this to feed her every morning and then she gies back to sleep. She s not big enough to brunate, so using this helps her gain weight during brumation.
