Pleasantly Surprised
I used this Furgo 3 in 1 pet steam brush on my dog who is a blue heeler/Australian Shepherd mix. He’s not a fan of brushing but he did a better job of sitting for it than his other brushes. He didn’t seem to care about the steam. I was able to get a lot of hair/fur off in a short amount of time. You can see the amount of fur I was able to get off of him and that was cleaning the brush five times. It was comfortable to hold and was a good size for working on my dog who’s 40-45 lbs. It worked well to keep the fly away hairs under control and in the brush. Usually after I brush him I have to go over him again lightly to catch the stragglers. I didn’t need to with this brush. The push button makes cleaning the hair off the brush pretty easy. The hair sticking to the sides of the brush head wipes off easily.The biggest worry I had is that my dog usually reeks when he gets any kind of wet. You can bathe him, take him for a walk where he doesn’t roll in anything and when you get back in the house, he stinks from the humidity in the air! Well, I was pleasantly surprised that even though we were using steam, he did not stink at all after using this brush!I only gave if 4 stars and not five because it only came with basic picture instructions. It shows water coming from a tap to fill it but the listing says to use bottled water. Also, the charging cable was easily knocked off the brush with the slightest jostle. I had it on the arm of the couch charging and just walking but bumping the cord disconnected it and didn’t even move the brush. Also, it doesn’t take much water to run so if you want to empty it out between uses, you just have to unplug it and try to shake it all out but some residual water gets left. A bag to hold all the parts together would be nice too as the box gets hard to slide open/closed if everything isn’t in it just right.

Nice brush that ups the grooming game
Great brush! It is well thought out and easy to use. The simple design shows the amount of thought put behind the product. There is a small port for water. Once can see the level of water through the clear view. And, there rubber stopper does prevent any leaks. It’s easy enough o fill and empty. The power button also helps change the steam modes of which there are two. Toward the bristle side you have the charger connections. The trigger button is to allow the hair to be swiped off and out of the bristles to ensure easier cleaning. The bristles come in two sizes for long and short hair. To change the bristle heads you press the white button on the top and pull off and pop in the new one. The steam comes out as cool mist and helps comb the coat. The bristle ends also have silicone to the ends. The one issue is this should not be used on a very tangled knot as the bristle wires can bend if undo traction is applied.

Our Cavapoo loves to be brushed daily, which is just as well as this breed does need daily grooming to avoid knots forming at the base of his fur. Despite this daily grooming he tends to look a tad scruffy at times despite our best efforts. We saw this brush described and decided to try it.The description suggests you receive two brush heads, one long, the other short. However, on ordering I had to specify which size I required, something I find a little strange. We received just the ordered head, the instructions suggest we should have received both.The brush is nicely weighted and easy to handle. It appears well made but I do question the design of the charging cable. As one end is USB, why not other? The brush head detaches easily by means of a push button release. And snaps back into place as easily. The brush head is easy to clean. Pulling the trigger forces the cleaning grid forward of the bristles thus the hair/fur is simply pulled off.The water chamber filler cap is a large rubber bung that is simply pulled out. We use a small jug to pour water into it, The water level can be clearly seen through the window cleverly incorporated into the rear of the brush head.Misting is turned on by pressing the large silicon switch on the handle. Press once for low mist, again for the higher setting. The mist is gentle and almost silent at both settings – we’re not talking boiling kettle comparisons. It is also cool to the touch.In use our dog loves it. The mist doesn’t bother him at all, and leaves his fur looking much more tidy and with a sheen to it.At £15.95 (November 2025) it is the most expensive brush we have acquired to date. itis the only one with a misting function, and it does maintain his coat in good condition. On that basis I’d say the price is right!One star deducted for the confusion over the number of brush heads contained in the kit, and the over-engineered charging lead when a straightforward USB lead would suffice. Loose this one and I’m guessing sourcing a replacement may be difficult.

It is ambiguous if there is supposed to be a second removable comb head included inside the box. I did not receive a second comb. I thought there was supposed to be two combs based on what I read on the webpage when I ordered it. Based on subsequent posted reviews, many don’t mention anything missing but two reviews do mention it so I’m not the only one who is confused/mislead. I now assume there is only meant to be one comb head despite them making such a big deal about it being replaceable.It works fine. It does the job. It is not exactly exciting, and it is overpriced at about £20 so you can get cheaper.

The fur go steam brush was easy to charge and use. It is light weight. We have two Labrador retrievers who shed a lot and this worked so well at removing the loose fur and without fluff flying everywhere. The cool steam and easy clean brush system make sure the hair stays together and is easy to disposeOf. My dogs who didnt like grooming before now sit or lay while I do it. I’m very pleased with this product
