They appreciate its size, with one customer noting it provides enough water for a family of four for four days, and find it easy to store. Good item
I am giving these 5 stars but I have not used them yet. Ask me after an emergency, I like the fact that these are good for many years and hopefully if and when needed they will be great. Reviews on Youtube and Amazon from those who have opened and used these are convincing enough to believe in the quality. I liked the price and I doubt if something happens and I really need them that I will be too picky about the tastes or how much is in the packaging or other ridiculous concerns in an emergency. I am sure it would be better than eating at the dump or begging others for food. Isn’t that the whole ideal behind emergency foods anyway? Good Lord willing, I hope we never need to use them.

Handy in any environment!
I bought this a year ago. It was way better priced at 60 bucks. Then, it went 99 and I said no.It recently went back down to 76 then 78 then 80.99. I bought it at the 80.99 bc 80 bucks was my budget. This is for unemployment. It’s hard to know when you need to eat but in any current economic crisis I can now safely provide for myself. I am trying to be as self sufficient as much as possible. I am plan a and b at home. It’s just me and my pets. For the next 25 years I don’t have to worry. Now, you will still need to eat and have regular food, but at least this can be adjusted to any environment bc you add water. Now, for myself this last awhile and I do break up the meals into half or thirds . My least fav was 𥦠cheese and rice bc the rice never cooked. It was constantly crunchy and not soft.I did buy another like I said “to have peace of mind” which is hard bc I spent 80 when I could have gotten groceries. For in an uncertain time and future I would rather have peace of mind.It is quite heavy and lid is difficult to open so might want to open in advance, but otherwise can’t complain.4 stars bc of the rice and I don’t like milk so that went to trash. The empty bucket holds random items!

Needs 10 gallons of water to cook the entire contents of pail.
Arrived fast from Amazon. everything is neatly packed in the sealed pail. The only complaint is there is no indication anywhere of the amount of water required to cook the meals except on each individual package. I removed them and added up all the water from the instructions and came up to almost 10 gallons. That is to cook everthing in the bucket. So if your wanting to stock water for this, now you know how much. I’ll update the review when we try any of the meals, if I find anything that needs an update.

Ease of mind
Purchased this to have on hand in case of an emergency. I love the container and love the piece of mind that I have knowing if something were to happen I would be able to feed my family.
