Actually kind of awesome.
I love this thing. It’s built really well, you just have to ensure it is *aggressively* tightened against the ceiling. My cats were obsessed within a day. I put extra sisal on it and it’s even more hilarious now. Highly recommend.

Eight claws up! Flash & Tulip – the cats.
My cats really like this. Theyâre not so sure about laying in the bowl at times, but they do choose it occasionally. I love the sturdiness and the look. Itâs a fun conversation piece, and after a year now itâs not showing the usual wear that other trees have after two cats have been working on them. It was a little hard to set up for me because of how the top works, wing nuts instead of just springs. But once set, I feel itâs very secure, looks really good, no fear of damage to my ceiling or floor. Only recommendation is for the bottom of the flat pieces to be covered completely so when you look up, it seems more complete.Will buy another one for elsewhere in the house when my other one pole trees wear out.

Cats and humans both love it!
We have a new addition to the family who has a ton of energy to burn. Even though we have lots of toys and towers, it just wasnât what he needed. We realized he needed something he could truly climb. We looked at a lot of trees like this and finally decided on this one. Turns out we made the right choice. We did initially have some trouble with stability when we used the covers for the top of the poles that hit the ceiling but discovered that with the covers on the poles kept moving no matter how tight we made it. Once we took the covers off and tightened the poles to the ceiling, it hasnât moved at all and is completely stable. Our orange boy loves racing in the room and running up the tree.Putting it together was decent. I wouldnât say easy because itâs important that everything is screwed in tightly so I definitely had to have help for that. The fabric on the flat boards is amazingly soft and the sisal is durable. Everything is labeled with a letter so you know which part is which and matches the directions.Both cats and humans are happy!

Cats love it. Great price.
Iâve had similar floor to ceiling cat towers in the past, and they were never quite stable. This one is probably 2x cheaper but it looks really nice and clean and is a perfect jungle gym for my cats Magpie and Kookaburra.Took them only like an hour before they were fully comfortable, flinging themselves across the room and climbing on like Rambo. Woke up this morning and they were both on the tree looking out the window. Very happy with this purchase! Came in 2 days out of Texas (we are in LA)

Love the look. Part came broken
Fairly simple to put together. I did get confused but made it to the final result and the cats love it. The plastic bowl bed came broken. Sellers said they would send a new one!

Pretty, but too expensive for the quality
Update: Cat jumped onto a lower shelf and it broke (the turquoise movable shelf). Regularly having to readjust the tension against the ceiling. She doesn’t use as much after she fell from the shelf breaking. Already looking to replace this piece, not worth the cost.It’s very pretty, and solid enough for my cat, but given the shelves are only screwed in in two spots, my cats’ favorite perch is becoming lopsided. Another complaint is for the price, all the shelves should be covered on the top and bottom with material, or the bottoms at least painted to match the covering. With this item being so tall and braced up to the ceiling, you see two levels of unfinished shelf bottoms with the material popping and gapping out from under the many staples, which are also very visible.

Cheap and dangerous
I’ve had it for some months now and two of the pieces have broken because they are made of really cheap material almost like cardboard, my cat also tried getting off and one of these pieces broke as she jumped on it and she is now limping

1 yr later: 17 lb cat still happy!
Love this cat tree!! My 17 pound can almost always be found laying in the bowl. My ceiling is 8′ and it fits perfectly- very sturdy, no wobbling, even when he dashes up it. I love that it has the big platform for him to lay flat on- most other cat trees don’t have that (or the bowl). This was a win!
