Amazing lighting fixtures!!
A Must-Have for Bearded Dragons!This light is fantastic! It fits my 20-gallon terrarium perfectly, and the 28.5-inch size is an ideal fit. I set it to Ferguson Zone 3 and my bearded dragon spends his days basking under it. He’s looking healthy and super active.The timer functionality is the best part. It automatically mimics sunrise and sunset and has different modes to choose from. Best of all, it remembers the settings after a power outage, which is a huge relief.Installation was a breeze; I just placed it directly on the mesh top. It has excellent heat dissipation and doesn’t add any extra heat to the tank. While it’s a bit more expensive than other options, the features and results are totally worth it. I highly recommend it for any reptile keeper!

Overpriced, ineffective reptile light
Considering the high cost of tube UVB lights, I was eager to try this LED light bar, though skeptical as this is newer technology. Unfortunately, this was another disappointment. The controls are not intuitive, the controller feels very poorly made, and the buttons were pretty unresponsiveâI had to press multiple times just to enter manual mode, I actually thought my controller might be broken. When set to 100% strength, the light showed no visible difference in brightness from the default 60%. Using my UVB reader, I measured no UVB at 15 inches without obstruction and only detected a UVI of 2â4 when the reader was held just 3â4 inches directly under one of the six widely spaced UVB diodes (see my other video). Most users will place this light on top of a mesh lid, making it even less effective, and no animal will realistically be within inches of it, negating its benefits. My bearded dragon and turtles require Zone 4 UVB, but this light produces nowhere near the necessary output. It is also unfortunate that solar readers are too expensive for most people, because they need to be aware of how much UVB is available for the sake of their animals. In the end, itâs simply an overpriced LED light with no real benefit to reptiles.
