Christmas cuteness
This tunnel is so festive and great for the holidays! The tunnel is thick nylon with faux fur trim and is sturdy. It comes with a pillow for the middle of the tunnel. One of the zippers broke so the tunnel doesn’t make a circle anymore,but my cat still loves to play in it!

On Prime day I’d been looking at cat condos and an ad for a similar tunnel came up. It had a video of a cat using it and my cat was absolutely fascinated with watching the video! I wasn’t sure about getting it as my cat hasn’t been impressed with any of the houses or beds I’ve gotten him. I regretted not getting it, so decided to rectify that and I’m so glad I did!This was very easy to set up and I was impressed with how much it collapses down. It comes with velcro ties to hold it collapsed so when not in use it doesn’t take up much space.There are 2 tunnels that zip together to create the ring and then the bed has elastic loops that hook onto buttons to keep it in place. Since the tunnels zip together you can leave one side unzipped so it creates a long tunnel, or take them apart completely for 2 short tunnels.I admit I was expecting it to take awhile for my cat to warm up to this. Instead I put it on the porch and started batting one of the balls hanging in the cutout and next thing I know he’s launching himself inside the tunnel and having a ball!I don’t know that he’ll actually use the bed as he showed no interest in it, but he loved the tunnels connected together into a circle. It kept him extremely entertained and even tired him out so he needed to go take a nap afterwards.I would not recommend putting this around a Christmas tree. When my cat got to playing around in it, it started moving, rolling, and tipping. Without the bed in the center it would have rolled over. I could see it knocking over a Christmas tree if put around it.I do like the fact that it’s a material that can go outside as my guy is mostly an outdoor cat and I don’t have much floor space.

My two kittens love this tunnel bed. I would not say it would fit around a standard Xmas tree at all that’s crazy but it makes for a great holiday themed toy. Easy to put together. Can be a bed, tunnel or combo of both. Comes with dangling balls and an extra cat toy. Soft inside.

This review is for the Oxford, cookie version of this product.Note: It may not be clear from the listing but this is actually 2 identical half circle tubes with zippers at each end and a padded hole in the center. The 2 half circles can be zipped together to form a circle.Aesthetics: 5/5 – Looks as depicted in the listing.Quality: 5/5 – Material is a little thicker than some of my other cat tubes. Zippers are nice – more cat tubes should include zipper attachments.Function: 5/5 – The zippers work smoothly. I don’t intend to use this as a tree skirt but it may actually work well to protect a tree. It comes with a little bed you can put in the center but my cats have shown no interest in going in it.Included bed: 2/5 – My cats have no interest in the poorly cushioned bed that goes in the center of the donut.Value: 4/5 – I received this for free but I see that it is currently listed for $29.99 which is a bit more than I would expect – even for a higher quality cat tube.
