Itâs a nice set
Itâs a nice set and comes with a bag to keep the set together. I thought that the one brush would actually have rubber or plastic tips on the end, but it doesnât, although the metal bristles have beaded ends, so at least that helps.

Great set of cat brushes
This is a great set of brushes for your cats. Has a range of different brush options, to allow a few different types depending on your cats mood. Looks nice, with the wooden design, and does a good job of grooming the cats.

I was immediately impressed by the Premium Bamboo Cat Grooming Kitâs natural, eco-friendly lookâthe smooth bamboo handles feel sturdy and give my shelf a stylish accentâyet when it came to actual grooming, the brush just didnât hold up: the bristles are too soft and sparse to really penetrate my catâs undercoat, so loose fur remains stubbornly in place and I end up having to make extra passes (or switch tools altogether) to get a clean result. The kitten brush is gentle and my younger cat seems to enjoy the light strokes, but the main brush and dematting comb lack the heft and grip needed for thick, long hair, making the overall experience more cute décor than efficient grooming session.

So effective
I never had a “set” of cat grooming tools and I needed them. My car has king hair, which she loves to groom and then throw up. She is shedding right now and there’s hair all over my hair, even lingering in the air. She doesn’t like that cat grooming gloves I have. I used the brush in her first, she stayed, tolerated and then flipped on her back and wanted her tummy brushed lol, purring the whole time! Gotcha!!! Then I used the comb to get a few matted spots. It worked beautifully! I love the bag to keep all the stuff together. This is a beautiful, well made quality sturdy set. I highly recommend and would be a great gift for a cat lover/owner. After I was finished brushing Missy, I put the bag on the counter. Later in, Missy sat right under it, looking at it, then looking at me. She wanted her tummy brushed! No problem, I’ll do it for hours if she wants. It’s beneficial for me and my hairy house. In a few hours, I’m gonna brush her again. I really got loads of hair and not once did my cat flinch. It was not uncomfortable for her at all. I really think she loves it. I’m really grateful I had the opportunity to rate this because I never thought of buying a grooming set. Now that I know how nice and effective it is, I’ll be a loyal customer and I’ll buy any friends or family member a set for their bday gir Xmas. I hate the grooming gloves and Missy was scared of them.

Nice set of brushes
Reviewing: Toe Beanz (cute name) Premium Bamboo Cat Grooming Kit.This is a nice kit, the the bamboo is smooth and lightweight.I have 3 cats and a dog, 1 long haired cat that gets matted if not brushed daily, 2 kittens who just turned a year old, and a long haired dog. Everything in this kit is helpful for my crew! It comes in a bag to store the brushes and comb, the soft brush is perfect for my 2 short haired kittens, they try to chew on brushes, so the bag really comes in handy to keep them away from it when not in use! 1 bigger brush with pin style bristles, my fluffy cat immediately filled this with his fur, so it needs to be cleaned out frequently, he loves being brushed and never wants us to stop. The comb is also good for my long thick furred fluffy cat, to help with any knots, he usually has at least one on his chest, no matter how much we brush, he’s endlessly fluffy and leaving fur everywhere he goes.Fluffy cat approved, kittens actually let me brush them but they’re still leery. Dog is jealous that he didn’t get to use the new brush set,but both brushes would be good for grooming his fur too, maybe the cats will share someday.

Comfortable handles to grip, Effective on my thick, long-haired cat!
This 3-piece kit came in a canvas drawstring bag, perfect to store all the pieces in together. Each of the 3 pieces are made from bamboo wood and seem to have a stain or varnish finish on them. I did not detect any smell at all from them. The handles are very comfortable to grip and hold. The brush for long hair cats has stainless steel comb pins with rounded ends so they don’t scratch or irritate their skin. The soft bristle brush is advertised to be a “kitten/puppy” brush and intended to gently introduce your kitten or puppy to regular grooming. I’ve used it on my cats, both short and long hair, and they enjoy the gentle feel of it, especially on their head/face area. The cat detangler comb has stainless steel rotating metal pins, also with rounded tips to slide through knots. I did notice that the comb I received does make a noise when picked up, like the pins “rattle”. The sound is noticeable when the comb is moved, but it still performs well when I comb my cats.I was excited to find this grooming set to try on my five indoor cats, two of which are long haired. One of the two long-haired cats has a very, very thick, dense coat and HATES being brushed because she develops mats consistently. Over the years I’ve used many different types of brushes, trying to find one that she’ll tolerate. While she still doesn’t love to be brushed because she still has mats that need attention, she has more than certainly tolerated the brush with the stainless steel comb pins! For the past week, I’ve used it on her daily and she has actually enjoyed it, which is remarkable! We still have work to do to get through all of the mats, but I believe with patience, this kit will continue to be helpful. Pleased with it so far.
