Moses loves it!
We got our betta, Moses, yesterday. He didn’t part the Red Sea like the real Moses or lead the Israelites out of Egypt into the Promise Land, but he’s your average betta fish that absolutely loves this floating log. I don’t know what it is about it, but within minutes of adding it to his tank, he went right to it to check it out, and immediately started hanging out in it and around it. Seems to be his favorite place, so I’d say your betta would probably love it, too! Seems to be well made. Floats perfectly. Has a hole in the top that you can drop food through, too. Great concept!

Great resting spot for bettas
I love these! My bettas love to sleep in them. They float really well and have held up over the last 5 months. Good value and honestly a lot cuter than other options.

Betta essential
Absolutely a betta fish essential. Floats well and looks natural. Blends in well for planted tanks. Great resting place. I like to have mine near the feeding hole so he eats in there. Easy to collect the uneaten food out with pipette or turkey baster. Highly recommend.

Betta gravitated toward it right away; tip: maybe sand before use
Betta seems to like it. He started swimming through it as soon as it was put in the tank. I did sand the inside and edges of the openings as a precautionary measure based on comments in a couple other reviews, combined with the fact that it did feel a bit more rough to the touch than I would have expected for a Betta-specific product. I’m not sure if it would have done any damage to his fins without sanding, but better safe than sorry. My Betta is really big and this log gives him a lot more room in comparison to the size of other Betta floating hammock-type products he has.

Took him a while to get used to it but Lua loves the log! Itâs VERY buoyant and nice and smooth.
