I absolutely hate chopping carrots. These carrots reconstitute well for inclusion in soups, spaghetti sauce, chili. I donât know why I didnât buy these earlier. Great buy.

Dehydrated carrots are excellent
These are awesome to have on hand. The dehydrated veggies like the carrots are excellent to add to soups and stews. I decided to try these since produce prices are outrageous and it seems that the produce goes bad faster, even refrigerated.I definitely recommend these, as a good addition to your pantry.

Freeze dried carrots
As soon as I opened the can of carrots, I noticed the dark color and strong smell of carrots. It goes a long way when cooking with rice, stews, and other dishes. It is delicious and you canât tell the difference from fresh chopped carrots in dishes or using the dehydrated carrots. I am never out of carrots again and I love it. Definitely recommend as a staple.
