This is great and so was the price I was gifted the book called The Anti Planer it has changed my life this must be by the same author as it has the same artwork. It is helping me get my life back.

Cleaning with ADHD
This is very helpful if you want to organize and get things done and not feel so overwhelmedWell worth it to use this method..

Too Busy and Repetitive
My niece said it made her brain hurt. The lists are repetitive and it is way too cluttered. May work for some ADHD brains but Iâm not sure how anyone can use this and not feel overwhelmed.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. I thought it would have multiple copies of the same list. Check off that week, rip it out, throw it away. This has odd, not helpful lists that are one time use if you want to write on it. I don’t need a list of 100 cleaning supplies – which includes a garden hose? Wasted money getting this useless book.

ADHD Cleaning, made more confusing
This was a VERY noisy layout for someone with ADHD. It’s literally got too many lists all that are all over the place. I’m a working professional. I look at how they have everything broken down and it just doesn’t seem realistic to follow.
