I bought this to collect condensation from the balcony cover and it really works well because the water doesn’t drip on the floor or on the table being collected inside of this thing

According to Vikan this should work on safety flooring. It did not work on Safety floor in our disabled wet room. Tried to return but seller said No returns on used item unless faulty. How do you know they work if you donât try it?? Amazon refunded on A to Z guarantee when i fully described the problem. Seller wanted us to destroy as he said this what they would do if it was returned, then accused me of making a Fraudulent claim then closed messages so I could not reply to them. Very poor service.
