Super sturdy and attractive construction
This is a really cool, super tall scratcher! It’s really sturdy, high quality, and quite attractive for a piece of cat furniture. You can also install it as two separate posts if you want to, which is awesome. And they went above and beyond with the hardware that comes with it… the screws and anchors are really strong, but what was really amazing is they even included a drill bit of the size you’ll need for putting the anchors in. SO awesome!I found the instructions a little bit confusing, but I did figure it out. Do install as it recommends! You should be installing the lower section, with its top and bottom brackets, then you attach and install the upper section. I did it a little out of order as I was installing it on my own and struggling with positioning from the top of a step ladder. It felt like my method made sense at the time, but I ended up with a pole that’s crooked on the top half. Whoops! ðMy cats so far haven’t climbed it as far as I know, but they have enjoyed scratching it. It’s really important for a cat’s physical health to be able to really stretch tall when scratching, so I’m really happy to have this!The only thing I think would improve it is if there was an actual platform at the top. I was going to put this in a hallway where my cats like to get up high, but once they scale to the top there’s nowhere to go. Instead I ran it up the wall next to a bookcase, so my cats can get to the top of the shelf. They don’t spend much time up there presently but I’m going to add an awesome cat bed so they’ll have another really good perching place up there.Overall so happy with it, and having looked at the brand’s other stuff I kind of want one of everything. ð Would absolutely recommend.

Great replacement for my cats last one that was demolished!
I got this as a replacement for the last one my cat had that she used for so long she managed to shred it eventually. When I got this I found it was too long for the place I wanted to place it, so I was so happy that this can be used in 2 pieces of one! I initially felt like it was a bit expensive, but after receiving it and seeing that it was great quality, and also looked great, on top of the fact I can use one half and then replace it with the second half once she has worked her way through the first one, I changed my mind, and think it is actually a great value! I love how easy it was to assemble and it came with all I needed to figure that out, whether putting up one half or both! This was a better purchase than I thought it was going to be and I love when that works out that way! If this is still available when she finally scratched her way through both of these half’s, I will reorder this again for sure! The cat loves it, and so do I because it saves my furniture and woodwork at an affordable price, and looks good doing it!

My cats love this thing~!
This is an awesome space-saving option for larger cats, or cats that really like to climb. All three of my cats get good usage out of this thing!Good stuff:This is 60″ of total length, but it comes with the wall mounting hardware to attach it in two separate pieces if you want–so if you want two 30″ posts, or to do a gap between sections, you can! And you can just as easily do one long run.It’s pretty low profile and minimal–it sits maybe 5″ away from the wall and it’s not bulky at all, and since you can mount them at any height, it’s easy to clean under and around.Wall anchors are sturdy and once it’s assembled and attached, this thing is strong enough for my cats to roughhouse on with no worries about it falling off.Unlike many scratching posts, this is tall enough for them to fully stretch out their spines as they stretch and even climb upwards.Downsides: the rope wrapping this is definitely a synthetic rope of some kind, not a sisal or natural fibre rope. That means it’s a bit more brittle and may be less durable long term.

Really unique option to keep the cat from tearing up the furniture
I opted to break these up into two separate posts to have more coverage in the house. I put them right next to the cat’s favorite spots to destroy things and paired up with coverings to prevent her from scratching the furniture they’ve worked out well. Wall-mounted is a unique approach and what I really like about it is that by not having a carpet base all of the little strands that inevitably end up all over the place are incredibly easy to quickly clean up. Cat’s happy, I am happy, furniture is happy.

My cats love this wall scratcher! Itâs super sturdy and tall enough for them to really stretch and climb. The sisal material seems durable and holds up well to daily use. Installation was pretty easy, and it looks nice on the wall without taking up floor space. Great option for keeping claws busy and furniture safe!
