Which GPU models are supported?
Supports all GPUs with 12VHPWR (12+4/16-pin) interface, including RTX 3090 Ti, RTX 4070, RTX 4070 Ti, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, RTX 4080, RTX 4090, and RTX 5080.
Is it compatible with RTX 5090?
Not recommended currently due to excessively high power demand. We are developing a new version for compatibility.
Is it safe to use?
Yes. It uses tinned copper wires, which offer better electrical conductivity than standard copper wires. For safety, ensure the connector is fully inserted until it’s seated firmly—do not leave any gaps before use.
How to adjust the color?
This new version comes with a 5V 3-pin ARGB cable. You can customize colors via your motherboard’s RGB software or a hub.
The Hydrus-16PIN has **A and B Type**：Type B：The 4-pin head (of the 16 pin) is toward to the cable direction; Type A: The 4-pin head (of the 16 pin) is toward to the opposite direction of the cable. More in line with personalized need！

Great Cable Management + Clean Look Upgrade

More extension types please!
A bit expensive for what they are, but itâs a nice luxury item for aesthetics. Looks and feels, high quality and matches the vibe of the rest of my build. Super easy to install and was immediately responsive to my RGB software.My only gripe is that there is no retention clip to hold the connection of the cable to the motherboard. I was messing around with wire management and must have slightly loosened it. I had to unplug and replug the extension from the motherboard.I wish they had a CPU 8-pin 4+4 version of this, as well as a 12VHPWR extension (instead of the one they offer, plugging straight into the PSU).

I got the motherboard and 12VHPWR cable for my 4090. They really cleaned up the look in the case. The RGB looks good, especially on the 12VHPWR cable. I’m glad that its a full cable and not a stupid extender, it is the perfect size.I give the 12VHPWR cable 5 Stars as its the perfect length & color. The picture shown for this one shows silver but it is all white with silver around the front facing edge which is perfect. I was really wishing it would be all white like the other version but was willing to settle for silver but i’m very happy that its white.I give the motherboard cable 3.5 out of 5 stars. The LEDs are not as bright as the 12VHPWR cable and i think thats because the LEDs might be spread further apart. It doesn’t look terrible and you don’t need to have the LEDs on but I would have gladly paid 10$ more for this cable if it had more LEDs.UPDATE: Bought a 5090. I found out the cable is rated for 530w so I power limited the 5090 to 87% and undervolted it with an overclock on the curve. I also overclocked the memory by +3000Mhz and this combined with the undervolt/overclock and 87% power limit gave me slightly better performance than stock.

High quality, cleaned up my PC
Very happy with these cables. Bend easily, they feel high quality in your hand, and the 2000w is overkill. I’m not using Asiahorse fans so I’m having to buy a different hub and return the one I got so I can change the colors, but happy with the purchase. I do wish they would make a clip for the 3 PSU to GPU cables.

Would Not Recommend
Failed after 1 month. Thankfully it didn’t damage my motherboard or components. Looked really nice while it worked though.

Buen producto, instalación fácil y hace que se vea más ordenada tu computadora en el área del GPU, el único punto debatible es la ausencia del “clip”, para sujetarse al conector de la GPU, lo tiene en el extremo que conecta al cable de la fuente, pero no en la punta que conecta al GPU, solo se conecta como cualquier otro conector, en mi caso es una Asus ROG STRIX 4060TI, si quedo bien, pero en otro conector podrÃa quedar muy floja y ser riesgo, solo asegurarse que hace contacto adecuadamente.
