Let product set for as long as package instructions suggest in order for item to fully expand.This item was exactly what I was looking for. I am using it in a small pond (25-30 gallon) and the filter system has never worked so well. I would definitely order again. Worth the price, excellent quality, cut to size was easy, durability is proof in the excellent results in pond, rinses well and have used same filter for well over 5-6 weeks

Arrived on time! Filters look like good quality! Only thing to take note of is they say .78â thickness and it took a while to expand (a day or so). This is why I edited this review.
