This litter works really well. It controls odors, is easy to clean and use, and my cat likes it. I also appreciate the health color indicator feature – very helpful. The price is fair for the quality. Definitely buying again.

Sounds silly, but this changed my life!
This stuff is life-changing! My cat drinks sooo much water, she pees more than a human and I was throwing away pounds of clumped litter DAILY! Now, she can pee all she wants, the crystals are so neat. She goes #2 in a second little box (most times). It does NOT cover smells up very well though. Like, not at all. I lice in a pretty spacious home, so I’m not hanging around it, but even though I got “scented”, it’s not. You should get #2 out of the box right away. Not a huge deal to me, fast and easy. I’m so impressed with how much urine these things can hold. Shocking and yet, so cool.

LEGITMATE REVIEW
I am on my second bag. This litter DOES create dust when scooped. My bedroom air cleaner right above the litter box lights up with DUST and ODOR response when ever I clean box. You can also see and smell both. ALSO this litter absolutely sticks to the cats paws and tracks throughout the house, despite claims of otherwise. I have to sweep the granules every day on the hard floor and vacuum the carpet all around the cat box every few days.It does last longer than clay litter because it does not clump around urine. The urine is absorbed which does stink when you stir up the litter to level it out between uses.

It changes color. * NOT FOR USE WITH LITTER ROBOTS*
It does what it’s supposed to, if you catch it in time. I’m not certain it’s going to work out for my litter robot as it doesn’t actually absorb pee the way traditional litter does. You just kinda stir it around and it disperses. However. We have only been using the litter robot for a couple days. It’s a really pretty rose quartz color to begin with. So if litter box aesthetic is a concern, this is the way to go. Somebody else in the reviews said to change it when it looks like cheesy grits. TRUE.Except. I think it oxidizes. We went to visit my boyfriend and the cats were all using his traditional litter box with traditional litter. So I either didn’t notice the cat using the litter box like 30 times, or it oxidizes over the course of a week. It’s obviously expensive. But worth it for peace of mind (and it’s pretty) one of our cats has pancreatitis. And I’m trying to find a good “alert” litter before we actually move in together. Hoping maybe this is the one.There IS dust when you initially pour it in. But I’ve not noticed much after that. Especially with the litter robot. It is exceptionally noticeable though with my new kittens “training” litter box. But he is outgrowing that at a high rate of speed anyway.Does feel like glass when you step on it with bare feet. Makes midnight trips to the bathroom feel very dangerous and exciting. I’d recommend it so farUpdate-Do not use this with a litter robot. What a mess

Just as good as Pretty Litter, but costs a bit less. The bag is a bit bigger too; 8 lbs compared to 6 lbs. Clumping of solid waste is excellent. Wet waste is the same as Pretty litter; sludgy and colour changing. Must mix it in daily with the remaining litter to re-distribute the crystals. Minor dust when removing pet waste- removed a star for that.
