Perfect! My plants arrived in great condition!
I am a plant person, and I love swapping plants with people all over the country. I use these to ship plants during winter, when cold weather would otherwise kill or damage the plants. These are great! My plants always arrive safe and happy to their destination.

Fast shipping
I needed this product today Wednesday it wasn’t due to be delivered till Thursday but I got it today saved my life. there are many videos on YouTube about these heat packs I suggest watching a few of them before attempting to use one successfully. But they do work and they’re awesome.

Do not buy if shipping livestock
If you are shipping livestock, do not buy these. I had two sent with shipments that arrived to sellers in less than 48 hours. Warm when they got to the post office. They were cold. Boxes were opened right away since I was shipping livestock. Very disappointed. Not sure if I got a bad batch since reviewers have had good luck but I did not.

Size matters!!
I haven’t actually used it yet, got it for my snakes and lizard in case of power outage. Thankfully I have not had to use them.My problem is that it doesn’t tell you anywhere what the actual size of the thing itself is. I found something that said something like 11 x 18 and thought that was how big it was. I was very disappointed to see how small it really is.They just need to make it clear the size of the actual pouch/pad thing is, either in the description or in the pics.
