Easy & effective restraint
Barn cat had an ingrown claw, & while itâs not exactly feral, no way would it willingly submit to the removal without some manner of restraint. Tried it out on a very laid-back indoor cat first to practice. They kind of fall over when you have this all strapped on, like a puppy in a harness for the first time. Might want to put some carabiners on whatever horizontal bar youâre going to attach this to so you can slip the closed strap loops into them, because clipping the straps over it while holding the wrapped animal will be much harder. Worker very well, no escapees.

Annoyed cat, to calm cat.
Works very well, as advertised. As compared to holding, wrangling, calling in additional hands for support, this is awesome. I liked it, although at first, the cat may have had a different opinion, once nestled and snug, it seemed fully relaxed. Iâm going to try to hang it on the bathroom, shower curtain rod for ease of access, possibly another review to follow.

My 6 yr old female cat resisted but I got enough of this wrapped around her that she stayed calm and let me trim her nails. I have tried wrapping her in a towel but it’s her back lets that get in the way. She moaned a little but stayed still enough and her back legs weren’t an issue. I can see where if this was started in their young life it could be wonderful! Well worth the money to me…but I really wanted to hang her and trim the claws. haha Not happening. We’ll see how it goes next time. Nice soft product…no loud velcro sound, works well. Size was perfect, she’s not big…about 6 lbs. Item definitely durable.

I had to return this because my cat would not tolerate being in this at all much less letting me hang her on something while I cut her nails. Turns out me just going for it and following YouTube tutorials was more worth it.

Came in as pictured and works well. I hang out cat on the shower curtain rod. She wasn’t able to scratch or bite me. The way she shouldn’t move made it easy not to cut her nails to the quick.

It doesn’t mention anything about getting your cat use to it by putting it on them and cuddle and get them somewhat use to it…. I had a horrible time with the sling, and I bought two of them… One for my large cat and a small one for other cat.

It worked as advertised
It worked well. I have 3 kittens (3-5 months old) and I was able to trim all their nails in about 10 minutes. Prior to this, I was only able to trim 2 nails on 1 cat. It was a little challenging getting them in it but not bad at all. The material is nice. It sticks to itself so you arenât limited to tiny patches of valcro to secure the cat. Iâve never seen material like it. It works great and itâs nice and soft. I hung them from my drying rack in my laundry room because it offered different height levels for my comfort. I recommend it. If possible, start them young to get them used to it.

This was not easy to get on my little feral feline beast, but once It was on, she was completely immobilized and her murder mittens were at my mercy. 5 stars!
