Helps w/ frizz, doesn’t weigh hair down, generous exp date but the smell leaves much to be desired.
Consistency is a bit thinner than my usual brand of conditioner. Two small pumps dispensed the perfect amount for my very long, thick hair.I consider the thinner consistency to be a good thing because it was much easier to work through my hair because of the viscosity.Directions say to leave it on 5-10 min then rinse thoroughly.Smell is not great. Like not at all.It didn’t weigh my hair down or make it greasy or sticky.It left my coarse hair feeling soft & smooth. Plus I was surprised to find that it helped control frizz.Side note: when I say my hair was smooth, I don’t mean to imply that this conditioner did anything to help or change the natural curl/wave of my hair & it doesn’t claim to have that kind of power. ðIt comes in a nice plastic bottle with a sturdy, easy to use pump. I’ll re-purpose both once empty & use it for soap or shampoo. The expiration date is generous (March 2026) but only printed on box, not bottle itself (pls see attached pic if you have time).Will it help my hair grow longer?To soon to tell but its def worth a shot, even if it’s just a little bit. My only complaint is the smell. Its very, very unpleasant.I don’t think it lingers but my styling products smell really good so that may have masked the smell if it did linger at all.

smell good
This conditioner smells like oatmeal milk, I really like how subtle yet, long lasting the smell is. I can still smell it for most of the next day. The conditioner makes my hair feel soft but fuller and stronger. I have very thin hair so I really enjoy how voluminous my hair’s become. I’d recommend getting the shampoo as well to complete the whole set.

Disappointed and it Smells Like Lotion
I love trying out different beauty products as I formulate cosmetics at home myself, but I was sadly let down by this conditioner. I have rice water lotion that I like a lot, so I thought I’d like this as well. Unfortunately, this has the smell and consistency of lotion. I didn’t feel like this moisturized my hair at all and saw no difference whatsoever.I don’t know if this would maybe work better for a different hair type than my own, but both myself and my fiance didn’t like this and we have very different hair types. I have fine, kind of thin hair. He has thick, curly hair.Personally I can’t recommend this. I’d most definitely add so kind of fragrance to this, but also perhaps use a different emulsifier, and maybe something like raw cocoa butter which would give it a chocolate like scent. Just my personal advice on how it might be improved.

I really tried to like this but I canât get over the smell it is a mix of overpowering old lady perfume and the water you cook your rice inI couldnât use it more than twice so didnât experience hair growthMy hair did feel soft after using

More Volume and Softness – Works in Beard Too
The whole family has been putting this product to the test. Everyone mentions the scent. It does not smell foul by any means. It’s just different than anything we have ever used. You can really smell the rice and it’s not artificial like most other products. Everyone agrees that the conditioner works well with softness and volume. I don’t have any hair on my head so I use it in beard. I noticed increased softness immediately and actually adds volume (poofiness for a lack of words) to my beard. However, it still styles well so I rather like the effect. Overall, we are all happy with the results and will continue to use the unique scented conditioner.

Smells weird
I first have to say I did not like the scent of this at all, it just smells weird to me like nothing Iâve never smelled before lol. I do like how soft this makes my hair though and it was so much easier to manage and style. I have really dry hair and this made it so much easier to blow dry and took away a lot of my frizz. I was shocked at how easy it was to brush out and how soft it was. I wish it smelled better because I love how it makes my hair look and feel I just hate having to smell it all day lol. If this came in a different scent I would buy it all day lol. Itâs a very good conditioner and seems like itâs good for your hair so I would recommend it, everybody has different taste so some people may like the smell but not me lol.

Great size for value
This rice water conditioner is really easy to use and helps your hair feel hydrated moist and silky even after the first use. A little goes a long way. Once out of the shower it makes your hair way more brushable. I have noticed my hair growing a little faster than normal after about 1 month of use. Great value for the money.
