This wouldâve been perfect if it was 3 inches shorter in width my windows are 22.5â. I have a longer apron on my windows so the feet that rest on the wall wouldâve been perfect and flush unlike all these other brands that only part of the foot rests flush.

It would not work on my window, but to be fair, the listing on Amazon tells you what size your window frame needs to be and I did not read that. However, it did fit really well on my bedframe really well, so mission accomplished! I like that it was easily assembled, the size of it will fit my rather fat cat well, and I like that I can easily remove the hammock part of the seat to wash when it gets dirty. I like the big finger tighteners, which make assembly and disassembly easy (no tools required). My cat did try it and liked it. The quality of materials used to manufacture it seems fairly stocky, so it appears to be well made and should last a long time. I am 100% satisfied with this product. I feel it is a good value for the money and would recommend it to anyone seeking a good cat shelf, but please read the item description better than I did if you intend to use it on your interior window sill, to make sure that it’ll work on your size interior window frame.

Versatile and cozy even if your setup isnât ideal
My cats instantly loved this perch. Itâs soft, cozy, and really versatile, you can use it as a floor bed, mount it to a window, or even attach it to the side of a bed. The adjustable legs make it easy to switch between setups.That said, our window doesnât really support the perch the way itâs shown in the photos. I think itâs meant for windows without a ledge because we canât fully close the window when itâs installed. It still feels sturdy with the window slightly open, and the cats are happy, but I probably wonât leave it like that long-term. I also wasnât able to mount it to our bed the way I hoped, itâs just the way our frame is set up, it didnât really work.Even with that, I still really like it and plan to keep using it as a floor bed. Itâs well made, the fabric is soft, and the cats clearly love it.

Poor instructions for installation.
Super soft and seemingly sturdy. Only works via inset in window, not solely on the sill. The attachment arm is adjustable so you can make it fit the window you’re working with. Complaints: 1. There are no real installation instructions so it is quite difficult to figure out on your own. I had to go back to the photos from the amazon page. 2. The wall portion of the attachment has no foam/rubber to protect the wall. This is not ideal when you have a chubby kitty. 3. It is quite large and sticks out quite a way from the window. It has to be in a super out of the way location so you don’t injure yourself on it.

Nice, soft bed but not made for every window.
These will not fit every window. In fairness, the item description outlines what you need for this to work. Our windows are 15 years old, but like most more modern windows do not have a mounting groove. I received this item through the Amazon Vine program, and in my defense, the descriptions when you look at the item are somewhat limited. However, you can open the regular item description and I did not do that so it was my error. We have used 2-3 different cat bed designs and all others worked with our windows.The instructions were very brief. It said you have 8 screws, 4 of each kind. I looked all through the box, but finally realized 4 of the screws were already installed. That should be updated. Once that was clear, it was fairly easy to put together.For the description, I would not describe it as rabbit plush. While it is very soft, just describe the actual fabric. I set this up as a freestanding bed and our cats all seem to like it. It is big enough for 2 cats which is a bonus. Just read the description carefully to make sure it will fit your window.

I barely got this perch out of the box before my cats declared it their new throne. I set it down for one second to prep the window install, and boomâinstant cat magnet. They were lounging, loafing, and claiming it like it was the last sunbeam on Earth. Honestly, I think they thought I was the one being slow.Installation was a breeze once I convinced them to vacate their new favorite spot. Now that itâs up in the window, itâs even betterâprime bird-watching real estate and a cozy nap zone rolled into one. The perch is sturdy, plush, and clearly cat-approved. If your cats are picky about seating, this one might just win them over before you even finish unboxing it.
