Works great and provides peace of mind!

They are a bit smaller than I thought they would be. However, that might be a positive thing because the numbers are big enough to read.The price was good when you compare them to other products. The three pack worked for me. (I needed two but got three for a better price.)I like the button batteries because they seem to last longer in storage as well as in use.maybe 41/2 stars but that wasn’t an option so lets say a solid 4 stars

Be prepared to buy batteries.
Be prepared to replace batteries.1 of the 3 was dead on arrival, another died after 2 days, the third is still going after 2 weeks.After replacing the first dead battery, I threw all 3 in a box with desiccant along with a known good hygrometer.They all matched up at room temperature and humidity and continued to closely match as humidity dropped until one of the 3 diverged a bit to read 14% at 10% humidity. This is still substantially better than those cheaper round and rectangular clip-in types that can’t measure accurately this low with the one in this box reading 22% at 10% humidity and another making jumps between 22% and 10% without indicating anything in between.Considering the accuracy at this price point ($10/3), it’s still a good purchase even if you write-off the included batteries.It’s just that I expect something sold with batteries included to be usable with the included batteries, so it’s disappointing when “included batteries” turn out to be worthless.So if you’re buying that cheapo garbage for your filament dry boxes, get these instead. At $3.33 each + $1~1.5 for a new battery they are still affordable and the accuracy improvement is worthwhile.

Accurate and excellent design
I bought these thermometers to check on the room temperature and humidity levels of several rooms against the settings on several newly installed mini-splits in our home.After checking them against each other and against another known accurate thermometer I’ve found them to be right on the money and always within 1degree F of each other and the known thermometer. On the occasions that they are that 1 degree off, they become synched again within a short time. In other words for small, relatively inexpensive devices they seem surprisingly accurate in temperature readings.As for relative humidity I had no additional device to check them against but their readings were all very close to each other when I tested them in one spot together multiple times in different rooms and the readings appear to make sense, but I’m using SWAG (Scientific Wild-Ass Guessing), Very happy after several months so far.The design has a little swing out stand on the back which works very and that is how I use them. Also included are a pack of 3M double stick squares if you want to mount them more permanently. I didn’t but it seems to be another quality solution for placement. Well thought out.

All three shows same reading when placed together so I assume itâs correct. I wanted these to ascertain the moisture level when drying clothes indoors and using a dehumidifier. Displaying temperature and humidity clearly. Cannot comment on battery life at this stage.
