Cute Design and Great for Kittens
This 62-inch banana leaf cat scratching post is such a cute addition to my home! The modern, natural look with the woven basket and artificial plant fits perfectly with my decor. It was easy to assemble and came together quickly with clear instructions. My kittens have so much fun climbing, playing, and napping in the top basket, and the scratch posts keep their claws busy. The texture of the posts seems to really satisfy their scratching instinct. However, itâs not very stable for larger or heavier cats. It wobbles when they jump or play too hard. Overall, a fun and attractive piece thatâs great for kittens and small cats.

what arrived was a misshapen mess. The product is ugly. My three-year-old couldâve done a better job at designing this. I originally got this scratcher, hoping that it would look good and I could put it in my living room. The basket is completely warped. The leaves are ugly. And if it was a real plant, I would think it had a disease.

Not stable
I am going to say I do not recommend this cat scratcher and while the cats are interested in it, they want to play on it – there is severe stability issues. My big guy jumps on it and it topples over. I will have to add a rock in the bottom to stabilize it – but then that ruins the âbasketâ effect which my other cat loves. Which I thought this would be perfect because my floof if you put a basket down sheâs in it – my big boy – wants to jump and climb. Two in one – plus they want to eat my plants – so this gives them a plant they can eat.This first thing about this that I noticed was the basket part – it doesnât look all pretty and nice and stable like the pictures. Itâs hard to get in shape – it was hard getting it to unfold, itâs just basket weave basically and you place the scratcher in the middle.Very disappointed with this item. Especially for the price. And 62â I mean maybe if you stretch the leaf out to itâs fullest, so thatâs a little misleading.
