How they Work: The temperature is controlled by increasing or decreasing power to the heater incrementally. If the temperature in the vivarium is too warm it supplies less power and so the light will dim. If it is too cool then the stat will supply more power, therefore brightening the bulb to provide more heat.

Easy to use time controller

Connecting the timing controller to the light fixturePress the “SET” button for 2 seconds to turn on the power, the timing indicator light is on, do timing set at this timeShort press the “SET” button to switch the working time setting value.The timer setting value “4H” means that it will be turned off after 4 hours. And it will be turned on automatically at the same time tomorrow, then turn off after 4 hours working. The cycle is repeated. “Always” means that it is always on.Press the “SET” button for 2 seconds to turn off.

NOTE: One side of the dual fixture features a timer function, while the other side has a temperature control function. The temperature control and timer functions cannot be used on the same side.
