If you are a tactile person, this is not for you.
I used this for over a month and really wanted to love it. Since I had it passed the return window, I continued to try to love it. Feel is weird, cannot always get it to be centered, ends up crooked, and sticky feeling on a hot/humid southern day. So it is in my trailer for anyone at the barn to try. Not something I would buy again. The front riser part did not really help the saddle much, horse is young and constantly growing. Great opportunity to try but expensive to sit in trailer.

Game changer. Love this!!
Iâm so glad I ordered this and Amazon got it to me sooo fast so I could ride (finding time and when the weather is good is challenging). This pad is amazing and I was hesitant because of the price and thereâs others that are more like shims but this one is a game changer. Super special because of the contours. I have a broad shoulder horse and by the time the saddle fits the shoulders the spine clearance is too small. The saddles I like have low profile panels and this pad is essential. I place it behind the shoulders to give lift at the withers and then use a Thinline with shims to rebalance front to back. Thereâs two sides a flat side and a contoured side which is shown in the pic. I put the contour side down and then a saddle pad on top. Itâs tacky so it stabilizes the saddle and stretchy without compressing so I know my horse is comfortable and it gives perfect lift. I use it with my dressage saddle. It shifted too much jumping with the other 2 pads (sheepskin half pad and saddle pad). Love it!! Thank you!!
