Missing videos
I purchase the e-book/kindle version of the book on amazon and it did not come with the access to the videos. I’m reaching out to the publisher, but my hopes aren’t high.Otherwise the book has good information

Great book, issues with images and publisher
Iâve owned this book and had to put up with the Inkling format – which wasnât much like reading a book – for several years. After getting my newest iPad I wanted to access the book on the new iPad. It seemed to download – but didnât really as you couldnât get to the âdownloadedâ pages. The helpful suggestions for a malfunctioning Inkling book were: deregister the device and log back in or delete and reinstall the app. I ended up deleting the app – which doesnât turn out to exist anymore, so you canât reinstall! I got redirected to the Elsevier site by my saved username/password combination. They donât know I own the book (anymore?). Frustrated, I bought it again, now in Kindle format. The book itself is good! But: the images turn out to be so much less detailed in the Kindle version of the book than in the Inkling version I used to have. And images are what itâs all about with ultrasound books. Sigh. Elsevier can be really crappy. Thatâs who the mere two starts are for.

The book itself is fine.Recommended by two different specialists. It has more than enough information in detail. However⦠the free ebook is not easy to obtain. The âInklingâ website and QR code is invalid. You have to contact Elsevier directly and jump through several hoops over several days. The annoying result is that it requires installation of a separate Elsevier app to access the book. The book itself deserves more stars. The complications from the publisher deserve less stars.I donât like reviews that mark something down for external reasons ⦠but the publisher and app are inseparable from the product / book. With hindsight, due to the issues, I would not have bought this book⦠even though the quality of the book itself is good.
