My SHIH TZU puppy loves this toy!
I love it , it gives him plenty of exercise. wish it lasted longer between charges. But again my pup is bushed :). the plastic clip on the ball that holds the string needs to be more snug. When he picks it up and smashes it to the ground it slips of and the light starts blinking. I would still recommend this for any small dogs and pups. We needed this years ago!

Very disappointed the other reviews were right. They donât last, stopped charging. I was so mad my little 4 pound baby was so excited to run after these and they just stopped working. Great idea but not worth the disappointment in my fur baby.

Battery does not hold long charge.
Amazing toy, interactive, responsive, doesnât get stuck in odd places, zooms around from room to room. It seems very durable and a good value for my money. There is one huge drawback and that is battery life. The battery lasts maybe a couple of hours. I charged it yesterday, unplugged it today and by the time I got home from work (6 hrs) the toy was completely dead. Since my cat sleeps most of the day I know it wasnât okayed with that long.

poor quality, great concept
our maltese loves it. this one was a replacement for a failed one. Looks like battery came loose. This one quit working and will not charge. great design, but poor quality. outside of return window :,(

Was cool for all 2 days it worked
This was a really neat and fun cat toy! I actually backed out of tight spaces and avoided areas! It was a little fast for my cats; they were a little overwhelmed at first. I do wish the slow mode was actually slow, but other than that, it was a cool invention! It lasted around 30 minutes the first time we used it and charged fairly fast. We used it again later that day, and it seemed to die a little faster for some reason. The next day we used it one time and plugged it in to charge, and it was blinking red like before, but after hours of it blinking, I knew something was up, so I tried it, and it wouldn’t go on! I put it back on the charger, thinking maybe it wasn’t in the plug correctly since only one cord worked for it; the rest wouldn’t even put it in charge mode for some reason. But sure enough, it never went on again. 🙁 I’m super bummed! I read reviews after the fact and saw many low scores for the same reason. I am going to return it and try one more time because I loved the toy so much. I will update if I have better luck.

Not Water Resistant !
Great toy. My dogs love it. Be careful though because anything larger that a 40lb dog can EASILY turn it into plastic scrap. Also, don’t EVERR run it under water even for a second. It may look like it’s water resistant but it absolutely is not. I ran one of mine under the faucet for less than 2 seconds and it filled with water and was dead permanently even after drying.

Pets love it
So I searched a bunch like this and all of them are basically the same for rating. So I gave it a go because the idea is great. So far it moves fast and is fun to try and catch. It has 3 modes of speed. Easy to function just because it is only one button and it turns it on and changes it as you hold it down. The light changes with each node to know which you are on. There is a charge port.So far so good for mine keeping a charge. But after extended use I’ll report back. But so far it’s great.Had to twist on the rope part.
