I have not installed it yet, it came quickly and looks well built and the hose is of good quality and has hose clamps and thru-hull fitting as well

Awesome pump, works as described. Three wires, with a description on the pump housing as to which is which. Included kit is helpful as well. Not a huge issue, but did drop 1 star due to the hose have a cut in it about 2 foot from one side. This thing moves the water.
