Our leopard gecko didnât approve
We have purchased quite a few different bowls for our leopard gecko. I thought these were perfect-easy to clean, heavy enough to not flip over when he leans on the edge, and his mealworms canât escapeâ¦but the bottom center is a bit higher and the worms eventually roll under the lip of the bowl, our little guy tries to get them but after hitting his nose on the edge a few times he gets frustrated and turns his nose up. It is a great quality bowl but just not right for usâ¦still searching for the perfect bowl

No escape
After carefully reviewing the worms, there were many failed attempts. This passed the test since they all fell, on their backs and continued to move inside the bowl.I encourage others to get it, please keep in mind that the worms I give my Leopard Gecko are medium and Smedium ð.I don’t believe this would work on large super worms, in that case you would need a larger bowl but the design meets the expectation.

OK for a water dish, but poor visibility for live feeders.
I like that it is difficult for my dragon to knock over or trample through, so it makes a good water dish. However the inside overhang lip is just a little too extreme. It makes it easy for small worms to hide from my dragon, and my dragon will only eat what it can see wiggling. If I try to mix worms with greens to trick my dragon into eating her vegetables, the worms can quickly move out of sight and hide. Perhaps if it were transparent glass, this would not be a problem. It also makes cleaning a little more difficult, but not too bad.

Great for slow eaters!
We have 3 leopard geckos and this bowl is a god send. Two of them stare their food down for minutes at a time and standing there holding a worm with tongs gets old real quick. This solves the problem.. they can stare at their food before chowing down all they want.

My two geckos love them
I have two leopard geckos who were so hard to feed before with normal reptile bowls. I had to hand feed them because they couldn’t see the insects in the bowl. With these bowls, the insects stay inside and the geckos can easily pick them out from the white background. One of my bowls came with a small chip but, other than that, they are perfect.

Not so great
Worms escape the escape free bowl and wonder everywhere and drown themselves in the water bowl thought it would keep the worms in but not so much

No escapes but my leopard gecko wont eat from it
Very nice sturdy bowls. Havnt had any escapees however my leopard gecko wont eat from them unless I tip and hold the bowl on its side. She will only eat out of the brown Lee’s bowls

Great for smaller feeders
These bowls are excellent at containing smaller feeders, like mealworms, wax worms, BSFL, or small roaches. Not as great at containing large roaches or superworms. Super easy to clean and sanitize. Highly recommend these bowls

I bought this product for my Leopard Geckos tank so I can put mealworms and superworms, though the product image is a bit deceptive. The dish is shallow and can’t hold that many worms at once, though it serves it’s purpose if you’re fine with only having maybe 7 superworms in at a time.

Do not buy! False advertising!! It says it’s a 2 pack which is why I bought it for my reptile but only 1 arrived. If I had know there were not , I would have purchased for $17.Apparently it is not eligible for a return which is very annoying. I wish I had read the reviews on this before buying. Product is very small.
Katee –
Honestly..I get the idea behind the product…but it is totally not to size like the pictures…they are so small. They also failed to mention that these definitely won’t work for medium to large bugs..maybe not even small..They just crawl right out like its nothing, so I had to return it.

When I ordered this I was convinced there would be 2 bowls which would be perfect as I home two bearded dragons, it’s falsely advertised though as when I opened my package yesterday there was only one dish to my disappointment

Malheureusement, les rebords ne sont pas courbés vers le bas, ce qui fait en sorte que les vers superworms arrivent assez aisément à sortir 🙁 Déçue de mon achat.
