Looks great, excellent starter nano-tank kit
This is an excellent little nano tank kit that comes with just about everything you need to get started. The kit I received came with a rimless glass tank, a full-spectrum LED light, and a mini hang-on-back filter. If you get the option with aquascaping materials, you’ll also find some fine white sand and a couple of nice stones. After a quick vinegar test, I found the stones weren’t inert, and after some research, I realized they were popular seiryu stones – which is a cool bonus, but something to be aware of since they’ll affect your water parameters. In addition, from my measurements and actual filling of the tank (with two 1-gallon bottled water), I found the tank actually holds 2 gallons of water, not the 2.2 advertised. Not an issue, but just want to clarify.The tank itself has a great rimless look, and the glass feels quite sturdy at 4mm, even though most tanks this size use thinner glass. I was really impressed with the full-spectrum LED light; it’s genuinely dimmable and has multiple colors to choose from. My only wish is that it had a built-in timer, as the USB power cord means it won’t work with an external outlet timer. The hang-on-back filter is also great, easy assemble and clean, but the flow is quite strong, even on the lowest setting. I’d definitely recommend adding a sponge cover to the intake to help diffuse the flow and protect any small creatures in the tank.Speaking of which, while this is an awesome kit, I don’t think the tank is big enough for any fish. I’d highly recommend it for shrimp, snails, or just a beautiful planted aquascape. Overall, it’s a great, all-inclusive kit for anyone looking to get into the nano aquarium hobby, as long as you’re mindful of a few of its quirks.

Really nice tank
So I really like this tank a lot. It looks sleek with the black background, its seemingly great quality with zero leaks, the light is decent and bright enough if positioned correctly, and the overall tank is sturdy. The real issue here and the reason for the lack of 5th star is the HOB filter it ships with…it worked for about 6 minutes for me. Seemed to be working great, and then literally within 6 minutes it just stopped working. I have no idea why or what happened there, but because of that I definitely have to knock a star off. When it did work however, it was a decent amount of water flow and the noise level was actually nice, as it gave that waterfall sound. I’ve since replaced it with a small black sponge filter for now, but I’m not entirely sure if I’ll stick with that or get something else.The decorations it came with are nice…but weird. The rocks were absolutely filthy, like…BEYOND dirty almost as if someone took them out of the ground, put bubble wrap around them and shipped them off. But with a good rinse in water and they were fine. The substrate it comes with is black, but I decided against using it as I want this to be a planted tank and there are far better substrates out there for that. This stuff is ok, but not my personal preference.Overall, I really like this, and it’ll do really well for what I wanted it for. It will work great as a shrimp or fry tank as well. I definitely recommend this, just don’t count on using the filter that comes with it and get something better.

I love this little tank!!It came really well packaged, I was very worried about ordering a tank like this online but I was very surprised when I got here because of how snug and perfect everything arrived, the black glass looks amazing with green plants inside of it and vibrate fish, I wouldnât recommend putting anything bigger than a beta fish in here or something that doesnât need a lot of swimming space but overall everything in this kit has impressed me, the light that came with it as well worked amazing and all my plants thrived under it, the back pump is a big loud but it does clean the tiny tank effectively.

sleeking looking setup for shrimp or nano fish
Beautiful little tank, very sleek looking with a black background. Packed appropriately for shipping, nothing arrived broken or out of place. It comes with a little ring light and a HOB filter – I opted to replace both as I already have a light setup and I don’t care for HOB filters due to noise/splashing issues. The light is very nice though and I would use it if I didn’t already have a lighting setup on the shelf the tank is on. I did get the whole kit that came with substrate and rocks – the substrate that came was black and the rocks came with 1 large piece and 1 small piece but I’m not sure what kind of rocks they are so I opted not to use them. The tank did come with accurate instructions for setting up the tank and a pad for underneath it. This is a perfect size for a low tech planted cherry shrimp tank or nano single species tank (rocket killi, least killis, chili rasboras, sparkling gouramis, male-only endlers, pea puffers, pygmy sunfish, etc) but is probably too small for most fish and it does not include a heater. Overall a very nice set up.

2.2 gallon aquarium kit including tank, filter and led light.
This is a 2.2 gallon aquarium kit, it comes with the tank, a small filter, and a circular, clip on led light. This is a great size for a couple small fish, or a Betta. It sets up in minutes, and it looks really pretty. The tank is rimless glass, it is a real clean modern look. The filter is a small hang on the back filter, you have to prime it with some water from the tank, but it starts working pretty quickly. The LED light adds real atmosphere, since you can change the light color, and the intensity. I like the small sponge filter, because it hangs off the back of the tank it is easy to remove for cleaning. Another nice feature is that the tank has a black background, I think this makes the color of the fish, and the plant really pop. Overall, I am really happy with this 2.2 gallon aquarium kit.
