Solved the problem!!
Rear driver door would not unlock using switch for years on my 2012 F150. Finally read where broken wire at the door penetration can be the cause and sure enough, it was!!! This is a direct replacement and fits perfectly. Recommend taking pictures of how original is positioned before removing it.

Worked great for my 2011 Ford f150 fx4 4×4 super crew, 4 door truck. This is for the drivers side REAR door.Some of the Christmas tree clips did not line up to the original holes. Everything plugged and played perfectly. No rewiring needed. Needed a small hand full of zip ties, followed a couple vids on how to remove the door panel.Very pleased. I would buy it again. Rated 95% perfect in my books ðð
