Wrong size
When I ordered this 12 pack of slim filters, I was ordering it for my 10 gallon fish tank. As I am not sure of the size of the filter it needs, I thought they looked about right. I was wrong, unfortunately. They are about a half inch too small width wise. I am using two of them at a time and, they cleaned the water very well in just a few minutes. The filter themselves are great quality. If they are correct for your tank, you wonât be sorry ordering them as they are better made than any of the other filters I have purchased in my lifetime. I wish they would indicate in the description the actual size since itâs confusing when they reference two different sizes in the âmoreâ section. Personally, I think they are a tad overpriced which is why I knocked down a star.

Easier to install than expected
This is my first time keeping fish. These cartridges make maintenance very easy – just take out the old cartridge and put in the new one. No complicated steps and my water tests show zero ammonia spikes.
