Strong & Very Durable!
I brought 4 traps to trap stray kittens off the street & the traps did the job without issues! It was easy to put together, the traps door worked without issues and everything held together even when 2 kittens got in 1 trap & went really wild. Highly recommend.

Perfect
I’ve been having issues with a cat that showed up one day and wouldn’t leave. Decided to finally break down and trap it before one of my dogs killed it. This trap is really sturdy and well made. It’s the perfect size for a cat and it functions as it should.I lined the bottom with Spanish moss I grabbed from the trees and put some tuna in and around it when I went to bed. Woke up to a trapped cat.I’ve never used one of these before so setting it up was confusing for a minute but the instructions were pretty clear.I’m happy, no more worrying about my dog escaping the yard to go after a cat.

Very Flimsy/Destroyed by 15lb Raccoon
The Trigger Rod and Trigger Paddle are too flimsy. Just got my first catch and it was a small raccoon. He’s not much bigger than a cat and he did major damage to this trap. I hate to see what happens if I catch a full grown raccoon. Also, if you set this trap on the ground and catch a raccoon, the raccoon will attempt to dig out due to the openings in the wire mesh being bigger than a raccoon’s feet. This raccoon managed to completely fill the inside of the trap with balls of mud. This made it impossible to safely remove the raccoon. Also, due to all the mud/clay, the trap was too heavy to pick up. So, I had to put the animal down. to get him and all the balls of mud (clay) out.

Trapped worked and held up Great. Set up the trap the day I got it and bagged a good sized Raccoon from my property. I relocated the critter to a country setting where he should be a lot happier!

Best trap Iâve ever bought
I trap feral cats that show up on my ranch and I calm them down, enough to be tame enough to take to my veterinarian for spay-nurturing and vaccinations. The traps are very tough because on several occasions raccoons have gotten inside and trapped and this trap has not been damaged like other traps that have accidentally captured raccoons. (Note, all raccoons are quicky named Rocky and released to another wilderness area having plenty of water, trees and stuff raccoons love.)The trap is easy for me to opens and reset and holds up exceptionally well.

I have yet to catch my pest
It was easy to put together. The door hinge has fallen with nothing inside. I have a very destructive groundhog who destroyed my HVAC and ventilation system after chewing it’s way into my crawlspace. It is too smart to get trapped in this cage with any fruit that I have tried.
