Bought this for my leopard geckos, once they are fully grown itâs kind of cramp for both of them, however they stuff themselves in there. Idk how they do it. If it was bigger it would be better. I would recommend it for one lizard. Not for a tank with two just the fact they both stuff themselves in it. ð

Poor adhesiveness on the hook
Looks great, seems to be comfortable for our leopard gecko BUT the adhesive on the hanger hook is terrible! It fell some many times already, i tried to replace it with double sided tape but isn’t working. Needs improvement on that adhesive hook, other than that is fine.

Neat idea, heavy and unnatural color
I really like the idea of this hide, I ended up ordering some black plastic cling too so I can make it even more of a hide for my crested gecko but still be able to peak in at him. The downsides of it are the thing is HEAVY so getting it to hang like in the photo doesnât actually work well. The hook also canât hold it and sit flush. I am also not a fan of the color, itâs much brighter and almost orange vs what the picture shows but that was an easy ish fix I just gave it a spritz with some brown spray paint (that included primer) and it made it a little more natural looking. Still trying to figure out hanging/propping it up, I think Iâll try silicone glue and magnets

Crap
The sticky part does not stay have come to my tank twice and seen this lying on the ground sideways thankfully, my crusted gecko was not injured, but this has gotta be a zero for me. Itâs not practical itâs too heavy and doesnât even do what itâs supposed to.

GREAT PRODUCT
My girl is very picky when it comes to adding anything new to her space and as soon as I placed it in there, she ran up to it was licking all over the entire thing trying to figure out what is this new thing in my space and within a matter of probably three or four minutes she crawled in one time came back out the other way and she ended up sleeping in there last night and today sheâs just snuggled up in there and itâs a great product. I wasnât thinking that it was going to be that easy but she loves it and Iâm glad I purchased it. The material is great and realistic looking. It didnât have any weird smells. The texture isnât to rough. I would recommend boiling some hot water to dip it in to sterilize it and make sure itâs safe first.
