Great for kittens
I received my package very quickly. When I first open the box I thought they looked great, appeared to be very well made and wrapped with jute. The stairs came with hardware and was easy to install. Once installed the stairs don’t feel very secure so we added a couple of our own longer screws. I have two cats and they both weigh 15 lbs. I think the stairs would be great for a kitten or a cat under about 8 lbs, But I don’t think they will last long with my 15lb boys.

Cheap material, not safe for your cats or walls
First time I ordered it did not come with hardware.I emailed the seller and got no response, Amazon emailed the seller and go no response, so I got an exchange with the hardware.I screwed them into the anchors, but the whole thing still wobbled against the wall.I screwed the screw into the anchor further and the wood is so cheap that it just disintegrated, proving that nothing is really there to hold the stairs safely in the first place… As shown in the pictures.The steps are just so cheap as well when screwed into the bracket.Will probably return the whole thing and find something safer for my cats and the wall :(I don’t mind cheap wood, fine. But when something is SO CHEAP that it can’t even function or is safe, it makes me mad I’ve wasted my time and money.Amazon should not allow this seller on here if they keep having constant returns on the product.

Great addition to our wall
We added this to expand our wall-cat-course. The cats are already used to using similar platforms to it wasn’t hard for them to recognize the new route. The quality seems good and the design was super easy to assemble. I may have to look at the platforms in the future because these prices are hard to beat. So far I recommend these for anyone that wants to allow their feline family room to explore (and in our case escape the reach of the kids but still be part of the action!)The stairs aren’t very long, so if you’re trying to get the cats up to a higher perch then I recommend getting a few sets. I haven’t noticed them scratching these but it isn’t a focal point in our setup so that may vary for others.

Wood Split on Arrival
As I started assembling the product and moved to the last ladder, I noticed the foundational wood was split down the middle ~12â long. I havenât begun to install in the wall yet but other than the split in the wood on arrival, my cat and I are happy with the product so far. The shelves seem large enough for her to rest on and the one ladder I did put together seems sturdy.

Not count on the gray drywall nails
The gray drywall nails donât hold. The orange ones work best. The ladder it self is really neat . We bought 2 sets . We used them in the garage

the product is great overall.its easy to put together, the screws and anchors come with it are so sturdy and works on all kinds of walls, when done properly, it can support way more than a cat, maybe 50 lbs cat. :)my lumi love to be around me, he constantly just lay on my laptop keyboard, with this installed on the wall right next to my desk, he has his space, and sit high overlooking my work, make both our days go light and easier.I recommend the one with two stairs and two platforms, so your cat can chose which one he/she like to settle on. one of the things my cat doesn’t like is the fact he is too low compare to human, so when he has higher ground, he feels more comfortable to interact with human. this platform on the wall is perfect for him for his day napping along with me in my office.great product for the money.

Very concerned for beautiful cats hanging themselves
My cat was playing, and then all of a sudden the twine around the step unraveled and almost choked to my cat. I need to return this item not a good idea not securing that twine. Itâs only secured by a knot very loose and unstable.

I have a older Kat. So I had to show her how to use them a couple times but she’s got the idea now. They installed really easy. They came with all the parts for hanging on drywall, wood or metal. With the anchors comes a mini level & screwdriver. ðª

The item itself is very well manufactured and easily put together. However, my cats have no interest in it. I hope maybe I can find someone that would enjoy the stairs.

I was very excited to receive this item, because I know that a lot of people are really raving about this product. I have installed this, but it seems like it’s not sturdy at all, and I am so afraid that my cat will fall to his death using this product! The wood is very soft so when you screw things in, the screw actually goes through the wood like butter, and having this anchored through wall, obviously that’s not something that you’re looking for. While the anchors provided were pretty good, or at least could have been good, the screws were not catching on to it! The screws that they gave were too small for the anchors! It does look very pretty once it’s set up but it moves and it jingles, so I’m going to have to put my own reinforcements like an L bracket or another screwing mechanism, or in fact I might just copy paste the design and cut the wood myself! Anyway, I think it’s a good product for very lean cats or kittens but definitely not for a chonky boi.

I installed them a day ago! And they are falling appart from my cat climbing on them twice.They are cute, but not sturdy at all. Very disappointed.
