Cats seem to like it so far ðº
First: of course they are looking for the best, cheapest, easiest way to ship these things. The base is not one solid piece of wood. Instead it’s one circle cut in half; the fabric on the top of it is one solid piece. I was worried about how sturdy it would be with this being split but it doesn’t seem to be an issue so far. It was super easy to put together. Be sure to put the balls in the base before tightening the pieces together! Speaking of: all product images display three balls. It only comes with two, and the green one does not fit quite right and so doesn’t roll much when pushed. I had to take it out so the cats could actually enjoy hitting the ball(s) around. I think that might be their favourite part of this so far.Also, I haven’t figured out the intent with the mouse? It is a cool idea but it is attached to a tight string (or elastic?) and hard to even pull out a tiny bit. So it’s just a mouse toy spying on them lol.The white balls on elastic are pretty nice: the elastic is pretty thick, and I really like that that segment rotates for more fun/stimulation for the kitties. I’ve already had them chewing on the elastic, but it surprisingly hasn’t failed so far. I think it would break if they really tried, but thankfully they’re enjoying hitting the balls more than chewin on the elastic for now. The spindles are very secure surprisingly; I thought I was going to have to glue them to keep them in place, but they’ve stayed attached so far.It’s a nice looking piece too, all things considering. The kitties love it (so far) and are playing with it even after the novelty has worn off, so I’m happy with this item! I’ve removed a star from the confusion about the ball & the fact the green ball doesn’t rotate. I may try to sand it down some to fit. I may change this to 5 stars if the kitties continue to love it & if it holds up to lots of scratching (as much as you can because the sisal will be destroyed at some point after usage, it’s not a forever product).

Easy to assemble, looks really cute, and my cats actually play with/scratch it
Super cute idea to have a scratcher that looks like a palm tree! This took me about five minutes to assemble and looks really cute. I like that there are different types of toys for them to play with- a wooden and catnip ball that roll around a track at the bottom, a catnip mouse hidden in the tree hole, and the spinning toys at the top.As any cat lover knows, whether or not you think a cat toy looks cute or sounds like fun has absolutely no bearing on whether or not your cats will like it. Half the time they would rather play with the box it came in than they toy itself! However, I was pleasantly surprised when, within half an hour of me assembling the tree, one of my cats (Mouse) was batting the balls around, scratching on the tree trunk, and playing with the spinning toys as well. My other cat always waits for Mouse to play with something first and then he will play with it, so Mouse approval is important. She’s a senior cat and rarely wants to play these days, so I was really happy to see her engaging with this toy and scratcher. A lot of scratchers and cat towers just attach some dangly fuzzy things at various parts of the tower, and my cats literally never play with them. It’s nice to see some actual thought as to what cats would find engaging out into a scratcher.

Fun, taller cat scratching post that is cute and functional!
Our cats prefer the taller scratching posts, so I ordered the 37.5 inch tall cat scratching post. It was pretty easy to assemble. We do have an issue with the very top piece with the leaves, it won’t screw in tightly, it has to be a little loose for it to stay in place. Also, in the photographs on the product page, it shows 3 small balls for the bottom section. Ours only came with 2, and one of them does not fit correctly for it to spin in the track. Not a dealbreaker but still. Otherwise the scratching post works as intended. Our cats have scratched on it since it was put together. The upper balls on the string get their attention, but one of our cats is a chewer and I am wondering if they will survive her gnawing on them. I like that it is not a plain boring scratcher but has color and looks like a little palm tree. They seem to be enjoying it so far!

Puurfection!
This cat tree was super easy to put together, took me like, five minutes. It’s super cute, resembling a tree, with vibrant green colors, and is durable. It has a scratcher in the middle (Great for scratching fun!), balls at the bottom, tassels, even a cat brush to rub against. My cats love this tree, especially with the motivation of cat nip!Overall, my cats and I are quite happy with this tree and recommend it to others.
