Great LASER temperature reader
I was really surprised to find a LASER temperature probe for less than $20 and it actually works and is accurate!I normally use name brand products because of their reputation. For this type of instrument, I use a Fluke at work often. I had debated whether to purchase a +$100 LASER meter or try this one. Boy am I glad I tried this one. It is very accurate. I used a calibrated temperature plate at work set to 160 F. to test. I was very surprised when it actually read the correct temperature. Of course, the reflectivity and distance to object you are measuring will have some effect (as it does with any thermal imaging or measuring device).ThermoPro is known for grilling type thermometers, not LASER temperature probes. But they have a good reputation in the grilling industry. Now I can say they have a great LASER temperature probe.It runs on 2 âAAAâ batteries, easy and inexpensive to replace. They include batteries to get you started.For less than $20, this is an absolute deal.

This thermometer works great and shows temps really fast. I use it for cooking and random stuff around the house, and itâs super easy to use.The only thing I didnât like is it doesnât work for checking body temp â itâs way off. But for food and home things itâs awsome!
