Super cute and fun!
Super cute on my little guy and perfect for a Christmas photo shoot. The items arrived on time and looked like the pictures. The leg wraps were easy to put on and stayed in place while we walked around. Didn’t go faster than a walk or wear for a long period of time, so not sure if they would have needed to be fixed/tightened. The hat did keep blowing off because it was windy and it only secures by sitting over the ears, but it stayed in place when the wind wasn’t blowing and it was easy enough to slip back on. Definitely costume pieces, but well made for the price and very cute!

Great For a Parade or Two
My daughter is into horseback riding. The group she is with does a few parades around Christmas, and we thought this would be a fun item to use in those parades.This does look cute, and she is quite happy with it. But be aware that it is higher on looks than on function, as I don’t think it would survive fairly regular use.But if you are looking to enter a costume contest or a parade here and there, this is certainly something you would be happy to have!

Fit
The headstall was junk. The attached snaffle bit was not removable. The wraps and hat were cool. And the saddlepad was for English tack I believe. I used the reins too. They should have different sizes as my horse is on the smaller side.

Fun look
My has an upcoming competition where I expect the theme is Christmas, so she’ll be using this set then. In a brief trial run, it fit her horse well and was easy to put on. The quality isn’t exactly top notch, I’d say more “costume” quality. For that, it’ll work well, but it’s not something the horse could wear regularly and expect it to hold up.

Hear those sleigh bells jingling!
This is the sweetest red fleece and white Sherpa holiday set. The Sherpa is very soft and a pretty creamy white. Itâs a wonderful decorative set for a holiday parade, a Christmas pony gift, or even just for fun riding in the winter. Itâs definitely photo op ready! Each piece is very simple to use. The hat may take so pinning or creativity but that just depends on the size of the horse and activity level. I would say this is geared more towards horses versus a pony or mini but COULD still be used with them as well. Overall, Iâm very pleased with this set and cannot wait to take pictures of my grandkids on my horses in the snow.

Good for photo shoots but not so much for parades
This set looks great on. Itâs made of lightweight soft material. It doesnât have much form or stiffness. The legs got slouchy over a short period of time. It is perfect for pictures and would make beautiful holiday pictures. I question how well it would hold up to riding all day. The hat part is only held on by the ears. It stays on better than expected considering. You would need to put the bridle or halter on top. I might would add Velcro to the bridle if riding a parade as a precaution. The pad also would need an under pad of course. It is made of the plush sherpa so you have to be very careful as it collects debris. If you get it thinking you will briefly use it a few times it is great. If you are thinking of using it year after year for multiple events I would get a different set that was made a little better.
