Excellent vitamin, very important to take.the vitamin D with K2 i helps the D get absorbed. Very important K2 ml7 is a much easier to absorb and uses D better.

Good DV, and a gel capsule, and lots in the bottle!
As far as supplements go, and I’m big into them, have learned I prefer gel capsules or the “powder in capsule” variety over the solid form.These are GEL CAPSULES, which to me speaks quality. I can tell them apart from other supplements, as well should I mix them up by mistake which is nice bonus!They have a good amount of DV%There is A LOT in the bottle, which was a key decision for me purchasing this particular item, making it a good value.Easily swallowed with no taste nor aftertaste. Very small in size. As with all gel capsules I’ve used in my life, they do tend to stick together a bit in the bottle, or in the weekly vitamin/pill organizer.Smooth texture.Like this product and would reccomend to friends should they ask about Vitamin K.

I always buy this brand for my K2 (Mk-7 specifically). It’s imperative to use this supplement when taking any electrolyte vitamin for it to work correctly. It works well for me and doesn’t cost a fortune.

K2 is the only supplement that is a aid in fahrs. I take one everyday. I’ve never had any problems with this supplement.

Being able to get a soft gel
Make sure you check with your primary physician that you can take K2 and it does not wipe out any other medication that you might be taking or vitamins that you might be taking. I prefer taking soft gels rather than taking any other kind like powdered medication or pills or any of that stuff because soft gels dissolve faster in your system and these do that very well.
