Best thing I have seen so far.
I have a long haired Tabby cat with lots of mats. Years ago, I had him shaved and promised Him and myself that I would never do that again!. He was so traumatized, they had to sedate him. We have been fighting these hurtful mats for a long time. Yes, I need to brush him more often and would probably help with getting less mats. I was very skeptical, but after reading all the reviews, thought I’d give it a try. It was a little louder than expected, but not like the normal clipping buzzing loud noise either. My Boy actually liked it. He was not afraid and let me shave some of the mats off. I always find where the skin and knot start and shave away. This thing is awesome. If you have a cat with a lot of mats or just need a new set of pants (behind legs), you won’t be disappointed. Depending on the size of the mat, it may take some time to work through. The shaver is small and skinny and I find it easier to work with. It is true that the shaver I received was not a Belvedere, but a generic sold by Belvedere and from China; I just now realized. However, it did the job I wanted in shaving away those nasty mats, without stressing Him out. Also check out Cham Cham roller. A pet hair gone roller is wonderful in picking up those mats and fur.

Itâs ok
It definitely is not silent, and the shaver is very small and skinny, it takes a while to get through my cats knots. And he wonât stay still for a while. I guess if your cat doesnât have huge knits like mine it would work better, itâs not bad it just isnt as sharp as I thought it would be. I have to really push through the knotted fur.

These are great trimmers and work as described. Although they are not as quiet as they say so of sound is a thing I would not recommend.

It works great. It is quiet compared to pet clippers and it doesnât scare her. We have a long haired kitty and her fur gets clumps even though we brush and comb her all the time. This cuts right through the clumps and I donât have the fear of clipping her skin like when using heavy bulky clippers.

Too loud scares my cats
I don’t believe I ever received your product! I got a trimmer from China which is loud and scares my cats. If this is your product there is nothing on the packaging that has your name on it plus everything is in Chinese!

Works like a charm very easy to zip off matts.
This Little trimer is excellent. I have another pair that’s bigger and it doesn’t work hardly at all and it’s never cut a thing. This new one cuts like a charm you pull up on the mat on the cat and zip it off. I have a long haired cat and was constantly trying to cut and trim this works perfect.
