Good Tarantula Habitat!
The good: this size is perfect for a 6â tarantula. It comes mostly assembled, you just have to put the top on and tighten the little plastic bolts, which is easy with the key they send. The lid closes and latches well, and the whole enclosure feels solid. They also tossed in a spray bottle, pair of tongs, and a food/water dish, which was nice.The less good: There arenât enough plastic bolts for all the holes, and some donât go in tightly. The top stays on just fine without all of them, but it just bothers me haha. The mesh lid arrived slightly warped at the ends (only an aesthetic issue, doesnât affect functionality or keeping my T securely enclosed). The feeding port door kept popping off its hinges into the enclosure when I was testing and assembling everything, so I taped a small piece of acrylic over the hole and just open the lid for feeding instead. Again, not a major issue, but it was one of the things that sold me on this terrarium.Overall, for the price, itâs money well spent! Iâd love to have a fancier enclosure from one of the bigger names in tarantula husbandry, but Iâm far too cheap for that ð

The future of reptile habitat life
We needed something small, but not too small. We also needed lightweight in order to fit perfectly on a bookshelf. The locking lid adds security and peace of mind that the turtle will not escape. The size functions well for the Eastern Musk turtle. The instructions were simple. It helped that there was an assembly video on the item page. It is sturdy for our use. We wish more of these were available, but a lot of companies are stuck in the glass aquarium past.

I love it.
I really like these. They are a great size for most terrestrial tarantulas. I have a 6+ inch T. Blondi in one until heâs a bit bigger. They go together really easy and seem very secure and durable. The holes to put probe cords through for thermometer/hydrometers is a nice touch. Being of solid construction I donât have to worry about it leaking as a moist bioactive enclosure and think they would be great for frogs as well. It came with a pretty nice water dish that works for a T the size of my Blondi as well as a decent spray bottle and set of feeding tongs.

Very cheap and thin. Not true dimensions. Feeding door not very good. Open it a time or two and the spring comes out and it’s really greasy. Overpriced for what you get.
