An excellent brush to combat shedding on a hot day
This steaming brush produces a pleasing amount of cool vapor on the first setting, and the second setting produces even more. My dog thinks itâs pretty great on a warm day. The vapor is pushed into his fur, right down to the skin, and helps get his fur damp without making it dripping wet.My dog has a short but dense coat, and the teeth provide just a little too much drag, so it takes a bit more effort to pull this brush through his fur. Itâs much easier to brush my cat with it, since his fur is a little less thick. At least, it would be if the bristles werenât so HIGHLY OFFENSIVE to him. He enjoys a steamy brush with the silicone nubbly bristles. That I used this one on him was an outrage. Felines. The dog prefers the silicone bristles as well. But he doesnât mind this one. He likes it well enough, but he LOVES silicone bristles.I do like the push-button fur removal feature. It works really well and makes it quite simple to clean up after a grooming session. The water reservoir is decently sized and larger than on other brushes Iâve used. It lasts through an entire brushing without needing a refill.It does leak a bit if left bristles-down, so I need to remember to either empty the reservoir or store it bristles-up between uses.Overall, I like this brush â for the dog. The cat wonât let me near him with it in my hand anymore. It gets right down to the skin and helps lift and collect all the shedding fur before it ends up all over my house. And itâs refreshing for my boy on a hot day.

Great Steam Brush for Pets
I got this cat hair steam brush to attempt to brush my cats. Iâve tried to use it on my cats a few different times. The device works great and it gets the job done. I was able to de shed the cats, but unfortunately my cats do not like it one bit. They get scared by the sound the steam makes when it exits the device. Itâs like a whistling sound. I am trying to get them adjusted to it, but thatâs a different battle. As far as the device, it is sleek and chargeable and works as intended. It is easy to use, works as advertised, the battery holds well also. I have no complaints with the device.

My catâs felt so soft.
I am so impressed with this steam brush. To be w, I didnât expect much. However, the quality is amazing. It produces a lot of steam which my cats were scared of at first, and removes a decent amount of hair. I really appreciate the hair removal function. You just push a button and it pops out. It weighs almost nothing so your hand shouldnât get tired. My catâs fur felt so soft and clean. I never bath my cats but this is a wonderful alternative. It works great.

Probably fine for cats, not for double-coated long-hair dogs
Overall ImpressionMaybe this brush works better for cats or different coat types, but it just didnât do much for my two long-haired Shibas. The prongs are too short to get into their coats, so it barely picked up any fur. I made about five passes and got next to nothing, then followed up with my usual slicker brush (same size) and pulled up way more fur in just one pass.The steam feature is a clever idea, though. I do struggle with static when brushing them, and this definitely helped cut it down. In fact, I ended up just using it for the steam while brushing with my normal slicker, and that combo worked better. Still, Iâd rather just spritz them with a little water than juggle two brushes. Iâll probably pass this along to a friend with a cat, since it might work better for shorter or finer coats. I can’t really speak to the quality or longevity of this unfortunately because it’s just impractical for me to keep trying to use it when it’s not working for my pups.Pros- Steam feature helps reduce static while brushing- Compact and easy to handle- Might work better for cats or shorter coats- Easy to clean and remove fur with the press of a buttonCons- Prongs are too short for long-haired dogs- Picks up very little fur compared to a standard slicker brush- Not practical to use just for the steam function

The Best Cat Brush I Have Ever Used!
The Good âI was skeptical at first about this brush. As an owner of three (3) cats and living in a warm climate, I always try to keep my cats fur brushed for their own comfort. For the most part, all of my catsâ hate being brushed. I have tried different tools to speed up the process, get more fur, or just make it easier for me. Needless to say, it was frustrating. I think I have finally found the tool that will do the job.First off, I love how when the brush has fur on it, with just a press of a button the fur lifts off and can be disposed of. When the device is on and spraying mist, it gets the fur damp enough, so it is easy to remove. While it does not get a lot of fur at a time, it makes up for it by making it easy to remove the fur from the device itself. Additionally, it got my cats fur damp, which I hope it helping in their own bathing. Lastly, my cats did not fuss as much when I used this brush. They still did a little, but not as much as usual.The Bad âSince the fur gets damp, any fur that may get loose will get stuck to other parts of the brush, like the handle. But that is a minor annoyance. Of course, since it has mechanical parts, it will eventually stop working.Worth the Value? âI can completely recommend this product and fully believe it is worth the value. I love it, my cats tolerate it, and I feel better using it.
