Pour directly from container along shoreline or from a slow moving boat. Pond Bacteria can be applied at water inlet. Use caution in windy conditions. Pond Bacteria will slowly disperse and mix uniformly throughout the entire body of water over approximately a 24 hour period. Repeat weekly for 4 weeks. Continue monthly at half the initial rate to maintain water quality.

One gallon of Pond Worx Pond Bacteria will treat one acre with an average depth of 4-6 feet deep.

Yes! When used as directed, Pond Worx Pond Bacteria does not pose risk to fish, vegetation, people, pets, or other various wildlife.
How long before I see results?
Though Pond Bacteria starts working immediately, it can take up to 90 days for measurable results, depending on the extent of the buildup.
When should this product be applied?
Pond Bacteria works best in warmer waters. We recommend starting applications in the spring when water temperatures are at least 50˚F or above.

Worth trying for at least a season
Pros: This really works on clearing my 1/3 acre pond. It went from brownish water to crystal clear in about two weeks. No negative impact on the pond in any way. I used a full jug since the pond is about 13 ft at the deepest and averages 6 ft.Cons: The water will start to revert back if you donât apply again every 2 months.

Amazing
I have a small back yard pond, about 550-600 gallons. This is amazing. Within hours there was a remarkable improvement. Every day itâs getting clearer, and it was like pea soup. Iâll treat the pond again in the recommended 1 weeks time. This is something that Iâll never be without. It took a while in getting here, as it was delayed in shipment. So glad I was unable to cancel. When it finally arrived,I said, give it a shot. This is truly amazing. I recommend it highly

Works, but don’t expect miracles.
It works but I can not honestly tell you how well. Our pond had a massive algae outbreak and after using an algae control product, we had a lot of muck on the surface and on the bottom of the pond. We put in one gallon a week for 4 weeks and saw a change in the ponds health. It did not harm the large mouth Bass, tilapia or bait fish. I purchased it again to continue the cleanup. One thing it does mention. Algae control products can effect the bacteria so don’t use them at the same time.

Great for dealing with algae, muck issues and duck poop!
For a while I used another pond bacteria that was super expensive and not nearly as effective as this stuff. I had an algae bloom in my pond. Since I have started using this once a month in my 2 acre pond, it has not bloomed again! It is also very easy to use. It helps with smelly decay odors, too. I have a lot of ducks and geese that “share” their nitrogen, i.e. poop, so the nitrogen load is an ongoing issue. This product seems to handle that challenge with ease. I am very happy I found this, and such a good price compared to some other stuff out there!

Cleaner water for my garden and what ever critters that stop for a sip. Safe water for them!
This stuff is amazing. I ordered it to use in my water butts. I had to configure how much was to be used for each of the butts. Treated one day and 24 hours later the rain water was usable and didn’t smell anymore. The water had cleared so nice. Bonus it doesn’t harm your fish if you happen to treat a pond. That’s something I read while deciding to order. Brilliant stuff!!

Waste of money
Waste of money, it may seem like a good deal, but it makes the water cloudy and I donât think it works for a Koi pond I believe or it says itâs meant for a pool. The parent company is Sanco industry. It seems like we have to research every single product we buy now because of shady companies trying to steal our money. Well, Iâll be throwing this in trash. My only wish is that Amazon does their homework first before they offer it to sell to the public, but I guess all they care about his profits right Jeff.

My small koi pond was full of algae due to direct sunlight for more than 10 hours a day. Despite 2 UV lamps algae still cover 70% of the sides and base. 2 weeks after applying Pondworx the base and sides began to clear up to 40% and the aeration pumps also became more vigorous! Bought second bottle already!

My garden has a very large natural pond which unfortunately had a problem with biofilm.I used the full container of PondWorx Pond Bacteria and the following day the pond was much improved; a couple of days on and the pond has greatly improved and the water is clear. I can actually see the fish again, which by the way are unharmed.I would definitely recommend and will continue to use periodically or should the pond have another problem with biofilm. Depending on the size of your pond it could become expensive, however this works.

I’m not the one to write reviews, but I’m so happy with this product! For the first time in years I can finally see the bottom of my pond! I’ve done 2 weeks course and I will add final pics in a few weeks time. Highly recomend this product.
